Slow, uninformative. The app doesn’t track buses so you never know when one is coming. We waited over an hour…twice….for a bus to arrive.

a great way to see the city in a limited time frame. The only issue we had was identifying the bus stops, but if you get on at a listed start point there isn't an issue. There are lots of city tour buses though, and probably a few that are less expensive than this one.

Hi, I went on the Big Bus Kowloon tour on Saturday afternoon 17th January, and I really enjoyed it. It showed many different interesting aspects of Kowloon However, I would like to comment on the care that was shown to me by one of the Big Bus staff, after my tour was over. I was due to catch a bus at about 4.40pm, back to the airport to travel to New Zealand. I waited for the bus but it didn't arrive at the time I expected. I was a lone traveller ana became very concerned and was unsure what to do. The bus stop was very near the "BigBus" stop near the Avenue of Stars. So I went back to ask the advise of the tour guides. They checked the time of the next airport bus and reassured me. I returned to my bus stop and waited. To my surprise the young tour Guide, K...m, came and waited at the bus stop with me, as she could see I was stressed. She waited with me until the airport bus arrived. In the meantime she said she could arrange a taxi for me if the bus didn't arrive on time. She was very kind. She didn't need to help me in that way, but she did, and I thank her very much. I hope this review gets back to "The Big Bus Company", so that they can read about the kindness of their young employee. Judith Parker UK

The commentary was excellent particularly on the green line which showcases beautiful scenery. I did not know Hong Kong had such beautiful areas. The red line commentary was not synced up as well. The customer service was excellent too-Cess at Central Pier should be promoted for her friendliness, exemplary customer service and ability to make us feel special. She not only sold us on the tour but recognized us when we returned! I highly recommend the Big Bus Tour as an introduction to Hong King or just to get around. Also you can hear the commentary perfectly.

Expensive & terrible. Took the blue line at 12noon. Basically driving around city. Compared to other hop on-off in Shanghai, Hanoi, this is extremely highly priced and no excitement & interesting place of visit. 95% the visitors in my bus, simply sit through the whole 1.5 hr ride. Didn’t bother to hop off/on. At us$52, it like 4 to 5 times more on such rides in other Asian counties.

It’s been great experience with big bus , kids and we have thoroughly enjoyed. Special mention to Preet at Peak Tram , she has gone out of her way to help us get back to central to AirPort Express . Many thanks to her from Sydney family!

Worth the money when you factor in what it would have cost anyway. Easy to navigate. Some of thr drivers have a lead foot on the curves!
