Whilst we enjoyed the routes on offer, we were very disappointed to discover that the prices advertised were in US dollars not Hong Kong dollars. I found this misleading and felt I overpaid. And other cities that tours are longer with more attractions to appreciate. Hong Kong is quite a small place. I suspect I’m not the only person to have paid in error and done this. I made a complaint, but did not hear back.

It was a good tour. The bus was clean and comfortable and you could understand the narrative. We felt like we got to see all of the city we wanted. The tram to the top of the mountain was especially worthwhile.

Super! Buy the ticket for the 3 1 day routes plus the ferry. First we made the red, green routes and crossed by ferry to take the blue route and back again the ferry.

The hop on hop off bus in Hong Kong was a great experience. We had hosts who were very knowledgeable and informative in the way Hong Kong operated

This is a great way to get an overview of the area w/ minimal physical effort (a key consideration when it's stupid-hot temps).

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! I’ve always had positive experiences with Big Bus but never again! First, there are a lot of other companies in Hong Kong that seemed to have more buses. They are hard to locate and it’s even harder to get a bus- even with the app that’s supposed to help track the buses! I purchased the 2 day pass and was misled but someone from Big Bus on the timing of the activity and we totally missed out on it! Go to the Star Ferry Terminal and choose anyone but Big Bus!

The service and assistance from the operators is outstanding. Easy to understand instructions, comfortable buses, a good commentary. For the price of an all-day ticket with the Peak included, it is great value. I would also like to thank the Big Red Bus staff out in various venues for assisting us with and directing us to other tourist activities. I appreciate the help. I would highly recommend this activity.

I looooved this experience! As a first time visitor to HK, I decided to do the 3 lines on my first (red and green) and 2nd day (blue) and was delighted with my choice: you really do see a lot, it gives you a good sense of the distances and the places you want to explore more. I liked the commentaries: informative and lively without being boring. I enjoyed the ferry too! I liked the green tour a lot despite the rain, really the 3 lines are not to be missed. Thanks also to everyone I spoke to, I could find easily the buses and the waiting time was minimal. I had a problem with my ticket and they kindly resolve it speedily and satisfactorily. What a great team- it’s a 5 star from me!!

Ms. May was super helpful when we were asking questions. The night tour was awesome. We didn’t expect that it would push through as it was raining but they provided us with our own ponchos.

Having done many of these this one was very disappointing. Firstly it was expensive compared to others. Secondly the frequency of the buses was very limited and so a lot of time was spent waiting.
