Great for visiting Hong Kong for a day. Saw many amazing sites but be prepared to miss buses and take a few cab rides because of the 45 minute wait between buses. One option stay on bus for entire ride first then decide where to stop

For the price, I'm not sure it is worth it. If you want the educational aspect (ie hear about the different sites as it drives around), then maybe it is worth it. The problem, is that the buses only come once an hour for the routes in the city, and once every 30 min for the route that goes around the island (I'm guessing the reason for the difference in interval time is because the city has stuff to keep people entertained while they wait for the next bus) It would be better if all buses came at 30min intervals. One positive thing is from our experience, the buses were pretty empty. If you are using the buses to just get from one place to another and have several people in your party, I suggest just using Uber. You will get to your destination faster and for a much lower price. That is what we did for several of the sites we visited because we didnt want to wait 40+ min for another bus. For our party of 4, an Uber ride from one attraction to another is maybe around $10 USD, while these bus tickets for two days cost us around $400 USD...and the Uber wait time was always only a few minutes. With that said, everything that is stated on their page is accurate, so you do get what is advertised. You do learn about the sites. The app does show the location of all the buses and is clear where the pickup spot is located (although one time the bus didnt stop at the location...but think that was due to traffic/congestion, so ill give them the benefit of the doubt) The buses do run somewhat on-time and are not that crowded. Again, however, if you are just using the buses to get from point A to point B, there are much faster/cheaper options.

The bus trip was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful. They encouraged us to purchase tickets to enable quick access at venues.

With a 1 hour frequency, it's difficult to "hop on or off". We found ourselves sitting on the bus the entire route. If there was 2 an hour, it would have been acceptable.

Amazing experience - the booth where we picked up the tickets at Pier 7 were amazing. Explained everything we needed to know and even helped us plan our tours to get it all in. The tours themselves were fabulous and we timed the whole thing perfectly to do over two days in the 24 hour period. Will be back in March to do again, hopping off at more locations now that we know how to do and what it is all about.

Lots of walking - Red bus is 1/2 mile from Central terminal at the Starbucks - get a taxi - it was hot and humid walking and seemed forever to get to the bus stop

Whilst we enjoyed the routes on offer, we were very disappointed to discover that the prices advertised were in US dollars not Hong Kong dollars. I found this misleading and felt I overpaid. And other cities that tours are longer with more attractions to appreciate. Hong Kong is quite a small place. I suspect I’m not the only person to have paid in error and done this. I made a complaint, but did not hear back.

It was a good tour. The bus was clean and comfortable and you could understand the narrative. We felt like we got to see all of the city we wanted. The tram to the top of the mountain was especially worthwhile.
