Adult Night Tour: Show your ticket or confirmation email to Big Bus Tours staff at the Hard Rock Cafe downstairs bar by 7:40 PM. After your drink, head to the PUMA Flagship Store (3755 S Las Vegas Blvd) by 7:50 PM for an 8:00 PM departure. Tour ends at 10:15 PM.
Please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
Adult Night tour is for 21 years or over only
Night Tours are not hop-on hop-off tours

1.00I had a really bad experience with Big Bus Tours. I received a call from them saying the driver would be leaving in five minutes at 10:15 pm. I told them I was about 6 to 7 minutes away and asked if they could wait. When I arrived, the bus was already gone. You would think a company that caters to travelers would be more considerate, especially with Vegas traffic, road closures, and ongoing light issues and blockages from the F1 race. None of that seemed to matter. Very poor communication and zero flexibility. I wouldn’t recommend this tour, especially if you’re visiting and relying on them to understand how unpredictable the Strip can be at night.

5.00So fun! It was chilly up top this time of year but worth it. Saw so many staples in Vegas and enjoyed the stop midway. The free drink ticket was amazing to end the tour. My partner and I had so much fun at a bar we never would have picked and even went back a few days later. Great staff!

1.00When we got the hotel of where we were supposed to meet, the security guard told us to go by the sign that say the Big Bus. As we were standing by the sign, the bus never showed so I texted the operator 10 minutes prior to the bus departure. I never received a response and I call the number provided and there were no response. I never received the services.

1.00I would if I had one, the bus never showed or it was early and left, we kept getting redirected by security guard and the guy at the ticket booth who knew the bus was already gone but charged my family members anyway for a ticket. They even have a sign for the big bus of where people should meet and it still wasn’t there
