  It's a great way to see the city! If taking a night tour, bundle up! It was cold last night. The seats were wet, but ponchos were given out to sit on.

  I wasn’t able to have the trip. Poor customer service. I reached out the the bus tour and never heard from anyone. I called a trip advisor agent and I was not satisfied with the service I received from the representative.

  We would not recommend this bus tour, it might be that we were just unlucky but we wanted to ask for a refund as we were that disappointed. Firstly the pick up location is incorrect, luckily we arrived early so managed to find the correct location in time. We were given headphones, unfortunately the recording I was listening to was not working correctly and the music was playing so loudly over the recording I couldn't make most of it out, the bits I could hear were not in time with the locations that we were passing. Half way round I spoke to my partner, who was not having the same issue so we shared his headphones for the rest of the tour. The stop at the Vegas sign was very rushed, our bus was only about half full, yet we didn't all get time to have our photos taken by it. I had assumed that was because we were running late, but no the tour ended half our earlier than advertised. Very disappointing experience - we would not recommend it, not worth the money.

  As a travel agent, I’m always searching for experiences that truly showcase a destination’s character — and the Big Bus Las Vegas Night Tour absolutely delivers! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The open-top double-decker bus offered unbeatable panoramic views of the Strip, and seeing the city illuminated at night was simply breathtaking. The audio guide was lively and full of fascinating stories and fun facts about Las Vegas history, landmarks, and hidden gems. We passed all the major highlights at the incredible Strip, the wedding chapel mile, the city birthplace in downtown, and the famous “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign. The quick stop on Fremont Street was a little taste of what we can experience in a visit to Downtown: lots of music, lights, and that electric Vegas energy you won't find anywhere else. In two hours, we can have a pretty complete experience of what the city has to offer. What I appreciate most as a travel professional is that this tour combines comfort, great organization, and incredible value, ideal for clients who want to see the city without worrying about traffic, parking, or missing key attractions. It’s engaging, safe, and a fun way to start your Vegas adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend the Big Bus Night Tour to all my clients!   Staff was friendly. Downside, We were back by 8:48pm. We left at 7:08pm. I planned to be out a little later. Please don't advertise 2-3 hours and it's ends up being 1 hour and 40 minutes. Other than that it was fun.

  The comedian and tour director Tres kept us entertained throughout the bus ride. The coach bus driver Taka was very attentive and the ride was safe and smooth. The lunch was also very delicious at the restaurant Tres reserved. The Hoover Dam tour experience was simply awesome! I definitely recommend this 5-6 hr event.
