Our tour guide, Eugene was the absolute best. He was very knowledgeable of all the sites and answered every question with facts and dates.

Pay 129 dollars, pass for two.people,.it's not worth it, in the end.just.I went up to Buckingham Palace and Kensington everything else walking around seeing beautiful places. As for the narration they offer in several.languages is very informal they do not provide valuable information. Better a free tour there are very good and discover London in a better way. The metro and bus system is very friendly,.you can do without this tour especially this Big bus that also does not appear very often every 40 minutes or more or there are unserviced buses at the whereabouts unlike other tourist buses. In short it's throwing money

We used this tour on the morning of December 31 and waited over an hour outside in freezing weather for the Blue Line bus. When we finished that route and tried to continue on the Green Line, the staff informed us that the green bus was stuck at Russell Square and that no service was available at all. We were told to use another form of transportation. This is unacceptable given the high price we paid. We were three people, and the service did not match what was advertised. The experience was extremely disappointing, and the company should offer a refund or proper compensation. Additionally, the commentary was delivered through headsets and was not very informative.

We booked this to make it easier for my partner to see everything as he has cancer. Initially, the first bus took off 10 minutes late from the first stop (a terminal). I downloaded yet another app to ensure I could keep track of where buses were. The bus skipped the stop we were waiting at even though the app said “11-14 minutes away”. I then noticed that the bus looked like it skipped us and it had indeed. Apparently around the time of the change of guard they don’t go through there which is fine, had the app said the bus wasn’t coming at the time and tracking along the route?! Staff at the stop then told us to walk to multiple other stops and then we still had to wait another 30minutes everytime. The app doesn’t show accurate times. Better to figure the journey out yourselves. In 2 hours we caught one bus for a total of 20 minutes as after our first “hop off” it was impossible to hop back on it seems. We ended up catching the tube and seeing the sites ourselves. Incredibly disappointed and a waste of money, also been denied a refund so don’t waste your money on this experience, catch the tube and do it yourself.

This was a great way to see the sites in the city in a short amount of time. It was very helpful that at each bus stop they had an employee there to help you. This was worth the price.

Worst experience we had in London!! Do NOT do one of these tours. This company left a family of 5 stranded in the London freezing weather as we waited for 45 minutes for the bus to come pick us up at their required spot (#13) near the London Eye. Noone showed up so we were forced to spend more money for a cab to get us home. I placed a formal request for a refund and it was denied. Unbelievably poor customer service. Do NOT waste your money!!!

This was a great quick way to see lots of parts of the city. I like the recorded info they have for you on the bus.

The bus was crowded with people jammed in the aisle so they could not hear the narration of the sites , baby carriages blocked the side exit so people getting off had to squeeze to the front of the bus, the focus seemed to be on getting as many tickets sold & not the comfort, safety or tour of the city. We felt unsafe and ripped off, it was an overpriced bus ride

We had electronic tickets and when we got on the bus we were given a paper ticket. We got off the bus at one point to see a sight and when we went to get back on, the paper ticket had gotten caught by the wind and was gone. The bus drivers would not let us on and said we could only use the paper ticket, even though they had scanned the electronic one earlier. I spoke with the “hosts” at the stop as well as the bus driver. They said we would have to buy more tickets. This seems like a ridiculous scam and I am sure it happens probably daily that people misplace their paper tickets. What is the point of having an electronic ticket to scan if it can’t be tracked? So due to this we did not get to see all we wanted to see and had the added expense of Ubers to get to our main desired destination and back to our starting point. My husband and I were travelling with my elderly parents and mobility is an issue as well. This was the solution we had for our short visit to London and in the end was very disappointed by the customer service. I think for being 2025, the technology is there to have made this a much better transaction and experience. Again it felt like a scam or ploy to get more money from us. Very disappointed Viator.
