3.00Everything was great until …..we waited 40 minutes for the next bus at Buckingham Palace and then our driver hit a cab!!! We ended up having to walk 1.7 miles back to Paddington Station.

1.00I’ve used Big Bus Tours in multiple cities and always enjoyed it, but the London experience was very disappointing. We waited over an hour at the first stop with no communication at all. When we finally got on, my headset didn’t work, so I missed most of the commentary. On top of that, several areas of the city were closed with no warning, and the bus skipped key stops—including the one where we were supposed to catch a boat. We had to pay extra to get there ourselves. Overall, very disorganized and poorly communicated. We missed a large part of the city and the whole experience was frustrating.

4.00This was our first trip to London. So much to see. The bus provides a pre-recorded narrator in many languages, with earbuds so it's easy to listen. It did feel like we heard a lot of just music instead of hearing more about the landmarks etc. However, this is a great way to get around the city.
