Fun way to get an overview of the city. The taped narration is enjoyable. Grab a map when you get on the bus. It helps!

I should have listened to the bad reviews, but have done other BigBus routes and they were good. The headphone ports didn’t work in many places on the bus, it was hard to get a seat, the one driver was super crabby, you couldn’t really see sites from the bus it just took you places, and the tour route took forever. When they did give you facts, they were not the best. Try another company, there are lots of them.

Exploring London with the Big Bus Hop-On Hop-Off tour was one of the highlights of our trip. It was such a convenient and relaxing way to see the city’s most famous landmarks without worrying about transportation or directions. The buses were clean, comfortable, and arrived frequently, making it easy to hop off and explore places like Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge, and the London Eye at our own pace.

Wassim, the big bus guide at Covent stop was incredibly helpful. If we had not activated our tickets through the app, we could have gotten paper copies from him and not have to use the app that ate up our batteries. Great to see London on the top deck. Perfect!

Great tour. You see many of the iconic sights with flexibility to hop.off and enjoy the attractions on your own speed.

The narration was great and the service was convenient. It was a little confusing though with multiple bus lines using the same route names and stops. Pay attention to the bus name in addition to the route.

Today our bus stopped half way through the tour and all the passengers were asked to exit the bus, apparently it couldn't finish the tour!! A rip off after paying £62 for 2 of us and only half a tour!! Do not use this company 😡

Visit on 05/15/26, We wanted to take an open-top bus to quickly explore the multitude of London sightseeing spots. From London Victoria Station, we opted for this company that targets tourists right as they exit the station... thinking it smells like a scam. The price remains reasonable for the service provided, about 30 euros for the day with bus and water taxi. The entrances and boarding on the bus can sometimes be a bit rough, especially at very busy stops. Once, we were forced to change buses without further explanation and a bit military-like. The commentary, on the other hand, is quite rich and very little redundant (which is great) and really provides a lot of information and anecdotes about the route. Music is sometimes a bit boring, on the other hand. The idea of being able to stop and resume the bus wherever you want is also a very good idea. The plan is also quite well detailed. In conclusion: very pleasantly surprised by this way of discovering London.

The experience gave us a good feeling for the layout of London. The audio tour did not follow where we were on the tour so difficult to follow.
