While the transportation between stops was fine, the customer service aspect of this experience was lacking. I purchased my tickets from Viator and the representative who was working the street scanner my ticket but then got distracted with a large volume of people walking by and forgot to give me my ticket, which was asked for by the driver. I told him that I was not given one and the called the guy back and then the two representatives got into a verbal argument about their proper procedures of who prints the ticket and whatnot. It was very awkward for the full bus load of people. My wife and I went on our day but then as we were expecting to be dropped off to our pick up location (eventually) the new driver stopped at a stop which was over 3 miles away from our stop on the route and said that this is the last stop everyone needs to exit. It was a shock for everyone on board because not only did he not mention this was a discontinuing route but also new people had come on the bus! Definitely a bit curious of a business model.

Not good. They never issued my ticket. They charged my cc no ticket. No bus tour. I paid for 48 hour hop on and off plus night tour. I left 4 messages and booking.com also reached out. No response. I literally threw my money away. Extremely disappointed.

This was our first time solo cruising instead of a Deaf group. We requested ASL interpreters and the Accessibility Coordinator came through with top interpreters who were professional and friendly. Ashley and Brandie made the trip a delight for us and enabled us to participate in various events onboard.

Big Bus TOUR of London was great, saw many sites by getting on & off. One draw back was I waited near Hyde Park between 5-6pm for over 30 minutes no bus so I walked.

It was a great experience if you don't have a lot of time to see all of the major attractions. The buses take you to all of them, where you can jump off and on whenever you want. They come around regularly (every 10-20 minutes) so you don't have to wait long for the next one. We sat at the top and it gave us great views of the attractions.

We should have done the 48 hour tour! This tour offers so many stops with so much great information in between the stops that we should have done the 48 hour tour. All the drivers and guides at the stops were fabulous. Special kudos to the guide at the Madame Troussards stop who advised us to take the bus to Abbey Road instead of hiring a taxi. He was right the bus was fast and easy and we got the London double decker bus experience for 1.75 pounds! Sorry I didn’t get his name. Also kudos to the gentleman who started our journey at the Tower stop. Very friendly and helpful. It was great to have a guide at every stop in case you had questions.
