We purchased a 24-hour ticket for the London bus tour. After waiting 45 minutes for the bus, we went to ask for information and were told that the bus was not stopping at the location we had initially been directed to. We then walked another 10 minutes to a different stop, where the route was supposedly operating, yet we still had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Choose another company for your London tour. Big Tour proved to be the worst of all, and we were extremely dissatisfied with the experience.

Walid was very helpful helping us navigate! We appreciated all the help. This was a simple experience because of him!

I chose one day because it said 1 day from when you start. This is different from 24 hours. The options should really be 12, 24, 48 hours. The wording was misleading.

I do not recommend purchasing your tickets to the Big Bus tour through Viator, if at all. The tour operator did not respond to any of my messages regarding the excursion. Due to the unresponsiveness, we did not get to go on the bus at all, and were not even offered a refund. I feel very ripped off given these tickets were not cheap (and included a boat tour we did not receive either). Take your business elsewhere!

The people working for the bus tour were very nice and helpful, but there weren’t nearly enough buses running. We spent a lot of time waiting around in the cold. We didn’t make it to our main goal, which was Notting Hill because we were waiting so long in between bus arrivals. We also ended up taking an Uber from the Kensington Palace stop to the London eye because we had a tour at 1:00. We were waiting around and the bus never came. The big red bus had several buses coming by constantly and we were waiting and waiting for our buses to arrive. They claimed it was the time of year, but that wasn’t fair to us, I feel. I would not recommend this bus tour at this time of year.

The worst company hop on hop off in London! Get out of this company! We waste a lot of time waiting for buses that never arrive, when they arrive they walk a quarter and suddenly retreat for people to change buses or to wait 20 or 30 minutes more. Horror! We lost a precious time of tour being that we were walking very well from underground until then, I don't know why we entered this tourist robbery. There are five or six companies we saw passing through the points, several vehicles but never arrived from the Big Bus. I feel overwhelmed and exhausted that I have been so stupid to have fallen into this tourist abuse. Never, ever again in London do I do that and I will expressly tell it to everyone who is careful.

Waste of time and money, should have just taken the tube to the various sights. Decided to use the bus with the family to make things easy, Gloucester road stop was closed, which was not clear from the app, so had to walk up to the next stop. Progress through traffic very slow, gave up by marble arch and just walked, in the same time we saw nothing on the bus saw twice as much walking.
