Make sure to dress in layers in cooler temperatures. We really enjoyed relaxing on the bus and seeing the sights.

Great way to see London! We loved the variety of routes and having the app was so helpful to see when the busses were arriving.

This was a disappointment. I bought 48HRS and I think I hop only once. Traffic was horrible and you lose a lot of time on the traffic. I was going to be only 2 days in London so time was precious. I moved all the time in train and I went to all tourists stops in train. I think I took all the tube lines. Its better walking and taking trains to watch city

The man who sold us the ticket, deceived us... he told us that the hours were until 8:00 pm and that they were very continuous... which is not true, neither of us... we left the circuit to do it in the afternoon to do it in the sunset and after being almost 0.45 minutes waiting for the bus to pass... when trying to get on at 4:35 pm the driver told us in very bad ways that the circuit ends at 5:00 pm in 3 stops below... we charged 104 pounds for 2 adults and a child... it was a theft... not for the price but for the deception... they will go to commission for sales , because if I do not understand the deception of the boy... so this company BIG BUS I do NOT recommend it in adssolute there are many others...

Went on a Christmas lights tour with Aus family and there was Christmas music and a funny tour guide (Kevin) who talked a bit of the history whilst keeping it humorous. Excellent angles of all lights and Kevin prepped us for where the best picture would be, very impressed of going on Westminster to see London at night time was a bonus for us. We all loved the angels and Christmas music playing in regent street.Just remember to wear gloves, scarfs and beanies for warmth as it gets really cold on the top of the bus as expected.

Hubby and I weren't feeling well so rode the bus tour see the sites in London. We especially loved the boat ride down the Thames. London is beautifully decorated for Christmas so we got to experience that without tiring ourselves out.

This was a terrible experience. I literally wasted 4.5 hours for an advertised 2.5 hour tour. I paid $150 to be left across London with no ride back - with my kids! I waited an hour for the first bus to arrive, then there was a detour and all buses did not go on their route. I connected to another route- to try to see more of the tourist spots. After getting off at the London eye, to sightsee ( like the description says, comes around every 20 mins) I had to wait another 30+ minutes for the next one to arrive. At that point I was concerned about how delayed they were so I tried to reconnect to the original line I had been on before they closed for the night- which never happened. I asked 3 different Big Bus drivers how to get on the green line that I needed and none of them could tell me when that bus was coming or how to get on it. Then I got abandoned at 1630 and had to walk an hour to get back to my starting point. Terrible experience and will never recommend them. I’ve asked for a refund and am waiting for a response.
