I had a fantastic time! While it took me a bit of time to understand the various options, the Big Bus team members and drivers were very helpful. The driver of the last Green link bus on Saturday, Marxh 21st, was particularly helpful, drawing me a map of how to get from King's Cross to Trafalgar Square to the Royal Walk. Unfortunately, I don't have his name On Sunday morning March 22nd, I caught the first bus from King's Cross to Trafalgar Square. Again, extremely helpful driver. His name is Ted. He took the time to point and explain how to get to my destination. We also had a great conversation! At the Royal Walk, Kevin the tour guide, is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He added details which allowed us to gain a full picture; he also pointed out areas for good pictures. I am very happy with the tours!

We booked a Big Bus Tour in London. A very pushy sales person sold us tickets for a large group, rushed us on a bus without turning our receipts into individual tickets or giving any explanation as to how it works. Thinking our pink receipt was our ticket, we hopped on he bus. Later, when our group split up for the day, it was impossible to use our 48-hour passes because we only had a receipt with no individual tickets. Workers at the stops couldn't help us, even though they acknowledged that the salesperson didn't so things right. We had to go across town to see a manager, but couldn't use the bus to get there, because we didn't have the "ticket" even though we had a receipt. Attempts to email them have been difficult. I'm hoping to get a refund for the 4 tickets we couldn't use, because we had to buy 4 more tickets. Although they didn't respond to my initial email within 24 hours, they gave me 24 hours to respond to their email which was difficult, as we had 22 hours of travel home, and service was not always readily available. There are several tour companies, and we clearly should have chosen one of those. Our salesperson indicated theirs stopped every 10 minutes as opposed to other companies. That was false info, as that was not current timing, but summer timing. The pick up intervals were twice as long. Once on the bus, it was a nice way to see the city and the river cruise was enjoyable. However, we have not been refunded for the extra tickets we had to purchase. If they took care of that aspect of customer service, my rating would be better.

Inexpensive way to see major sites. Some delays with traffic and driver change. River cruise was delightful.

The walking tours with Kevin was the best part of our visit in London. We'll worth the upgrade. He's a fountain of knowledge and allowed us to see things we never thought of seeing.

Best way to see all the attractions in one day .. hands down. Hassim & the drivers were so helpful & you quickly learn a lot about the different sites with the head phones that they give you for free.. it was hard to figure out where to get the bus for their different loops but it definitely is worth every penny for the time you save walking or Ubering around
