Booked this tour to view the attractions. They have multiple options as to single day or multiple day tours. The busses ran about one every 15 minutes or so depending on traffic. The spa were near all the top attractions I wanted to see along with some hidden gems. Easy to book. They offer headphones which plug into jacks near the seats that offer a bunch of different language options.

The Driver was rude and unhelpful. We took the bus and got off for one stop. Were unable to get back on. Huge waste of money. Pick your choices and use an Uber

I have done a lot of BigBusTours in other cities and loved them. This one was just terrible. We got 48hr ticket so we could do both the blue and red routes and after getting on at Oxford circus we had to depart at Harrods’ (3/4 way round the the route). Just doing that had taken 5.5 hours!! There were such limited attractions at obscure views which made photos difficult. The bus wasn’t even able to give you a glimpse of Buckingham Palace?! We didn’t even bother with the second day…. Really disappointing after spending £55 - what a waste of time and money!

I’ve done Big Bus tours in most places I travel and usually love them as a way to get a view of all the top spots and to help get my bearings in a new city. So, when coming to London I booked it. I saw the mediocre rating when booking, but ignored it. I shouldn’t have. It was pouring rain (to be expected in London) and we were dressed for the weather. That said, they did not have any covered section on the top of our bus (or hardly any that we saw) and the bottom was FAR TOO SMALL to accommodate the number of people. So, we stayed on top, froze and got drenched. The commentary (pre-recorded) was repetitive and not in sync with what we could see. The route repeated several spots, frankly, going in circles. We had another day booked but opted for the regular transit bus and saw more of the city, and frankly, more of the quaint London neighbourhoods I wanted to see. Would NOT recommend.

Great way to get around the city and it’s also fun for the children and it’s a great way to see lots of different things for one price

Long wait between busses. Taciturn, almost surley driver. (We arrived at Buckingham Palace stop about 11:55 pn Weds, Oct 29, 2025. Poor on-board tour recording, It was like listening to small-town radio talk hosts. Very little information on what we we passing. Too much music.
