3.00The drivers do not keep you up to date if there are problems or stops closed we waited over 45 min a stop only to find out they couldn't come to the stop, there was no rep at that stop to tell us nor did the red bus driver who dropped us off let us know blue bus not coming that way. Not to mention it was almost end of day. It took 2 hours to go from stop 16(westminster) to stop 33 (Gloucester Road)Lack of communication is the main reason for the review. I wished we had picked a different company as there were more buses for the other companies coming through.

2.00There are three optional walking tours to pick from if you book two days on the bus, but they don't tell you what these tours are until you get on the bus (info not available on their website). So, I had already pre-booked and paid for two tours that we could have done for free (through the two-day bus fee) if we had known in advance what the optional tours were. On our second day, we waited almost one and a half hours for a GREEN bus that supposedly ran every 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, other company busses kept going by. Book with another company if you can!

1.00Do NOT take this service. This is the worst touring company I’ve ever seen. No bus has arrived at the praed st for last one hour. One came and it was full. This was a biggest rip off. We are asking for a full refund asap.
