4.00Really enjoyed it, was great activity to do on a rainy day visiting all the sites. Only downside was that I wish the buses came around more frequently, think wait time between buses was avg 30 minutes, so could end up having to wait quite a bit for the next bus if you do hop off. Visits to all major sites in London, and also the app is very helpful for tracking the buses, finding the stops and additional info. There were a few unnecessary wait times in my opinion, on one bus we were sat waiting on the bus as they were doing a driver change over.

3.00always nice to take his buses to 2 level and visit London with an audio guide. The waiting time between 2 buses can be very long: more than 45 minutes we finished on foot. it would be convenient to see on the app, the arrival time of the next bus. It would be useful to know when and at what stop the bus leaves us in the evening.

3.00City River cruise was great. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Snacks and drinks on board great way to see London. Big Bus hop on hop off started out well with friendly, helpful staff and ear buds to listen to the audio tour. Then about three quarters of the way through the employee at the stop left and no bus showed up. Three other tour operators’ buses came by two or three times and still no Big Bus. I ended up walking and using the Underground for the rest of my day. Disappointing for sure.

5.00H very good customer service, I'll definitely do the Bigbus again. He explained the tour properly. He gave us advice and how to get to Marble Arch we were very confused at first.

2.00No bus schedule and could not get home from the western part of route. The narration on the 2 legs we WERE able to “hop on” was just fine, and we wished the busses could be more frequent and reliable. Overall- way too expensive for 2 short bus trips.

1.00I’ve never been d so bored in my life. The irritating recording you need to listen to learn about London is painful! The traffic was horrendous!! The red tour took over 7.5 hours! What a waste of fuel!! Do not bother! You are better off hiring a taxi driver and ask them to take you to the sights you want to see and not a bunch of BS!
