I am usually a fan of the Viator app but with this one I cannot get the app to open and let me view my ticket, so I can not use it.

The BigBus in London offered good routes however the service could be better. The operators didn’t want to print our individual tickets to allow our party of 5 to ride on the BigBus separately like we did also on the BigBus booked thru Viator in Paris. Plus, the drivers seemed to take long breaks between stops.

The best tour around London was absolutely fabulous! The commentary was wonderful. The sites were amazing and we had the most wonderful day. I highly recommend this tour.

I had a fantastic experience with Big Bus London! The bus stop was very convenient to CitizenM Hotel and it was very easy to hop on to the red bus which was stop #19. I so enjoyed the commentary! I did hop off at one of the stops and upon returning the attendant was so kind to ensure that I was on the correct bus that would be returning to my original stop. Winston C was our bus driver. He provided exceptional customer service and did a fantastic job navigating the London streets on a busy Friday rush-hour. Thank you Winston for for a great start to my London trip!

Bus lines were not extremely long nor were the buses crowded. Easy to use application and stops were convenient to access the sites of London!

A great time was had by my New Zealand friends and I last year as we toured the metropolis making good use of the hop on and hop off function of the tourist bus. It's a great way to get one's bearings vis-a-vis the most important sites in the English capital.

Unfriendly bus staff, more than 1 hour waiting, then the bus was full and we were left standing. The next bus just passed the stop

Using Viator was a mistake. I thought I was being smart booking ahead of travel. WRONG. There are many other companies available for sightseeing ….. don’t use this ones

Most of the staff were beyond helpful and helped us tremendously. Unfortunately, getting the bundle with the river cruise did not work well for us. We were able to take one full trip, got off only once, and when we got back on it was ending time. We figured then we would go for our river cruise, but we missed that. Its highly improbable that you could do it all in 48 hours with the time limits and closing times of venues. It was also very unclear which of the river cruises was part of our package. Finally, the app took a lot of figuring out. We had to flip screens back and forth to figure out where we were going.
