The bus goes only in one direction in a loop. For our first ride this was fine as we rode the bus for an orientation. The second day it was annoying because we would hope off but it took between 45 and 60 minutes to get to the next stop which wasn't that far away. Waiting for the green route bus we waited over 30 minutes and it just passed our stop and turned into a loop. I will say the cruise was a highlight and also the Harry Potter tour . Both were timely with live guides and comments.

2 1/2 hours long to go all the way round just to get your bearings. Definitely recommend whilst in London.

The bus is nothing special and the audio does not provide that much information. It’s seems to focus on shopping areas. If you’re looking for ways to get around the city to all the sites this is a good way. Otherwise I recommend skipping this and using the tube.

Moved very slow and didn’t go the route as planned. We missed seeing the big attractions. Very over priced for the experience.

This was a great tour. Wonderful tour guide. Unfortunately, on the first day of the tour, I tripped on the top smaller step and broke my hip. The bus driver, when filling out incident report, commented that "the same thing happened in October of 2025". Perhaps the company should look into lights to designate this smaller step or somenother "warning" for tourists entering or leaving the bus. As of yet, I have not received a refund on the remainder of my trip as i was unable to complete it. It was a week long tour of the British Isles/Scotland. Hopefully will receive some compensation for this uncompleted part of my tour.

The big bus was a fast and effective way of getting around London and seeing the sights . Plenty of buses and never had to wait more than 20 minutes at any stop . The additional river cruise was the cherry on top , so much fun .
