The options for the bus were good, but we noticed that this tour seemed to be the only one fully crammed with people and no seats left. Other buses seemed half empty. I wish we had known that this tour seemed to get everyone, since we had a few times that the bus had to drive past our stop without picking anyone up, since there wasn't even standing room left. The drivers were all nice, and did their best. They just need either more buses or to work with the other companies to share the load better.

Great way to see the main sights of London in a short time. The buses are frequent, the audio guide is informative, and the optional river cruise is a nice bonus for viewing the city from a different perspective.

Honestly I would try another company, especially if you are located along the green route near kings cross. The wait times were long for this one, the first driver was rude when I asked a question because I am deaf and didn’t hear. And the most frustrating of all was nowhere, not the first driver nor the app or anywhere else did it tell us that the stop we wanted wasn’t even running today. Three other drivers even told us yes this is where green comes, until finally a nice one told us it wasn’t even running there. The app should really mention these things somewhere! Other than that it worked mostly as advertised for getting around to the major points.

Unfortunately this was a pre booked tour for our school party on a day trip so could not be changed and the protests meant we didn’t get to see the whole route as planned due to diversions so not value for money on this occasion. However the bus was clean and the driver very good and friendly. We had lots of help from Wassim at our start at Marble Arch who looked after us while we waited.

The Big Bus Tour was a fantastic way to see London. The pre-recorded audio via the included headphones was engaging, and sitting on the top deck offered perfect views. A major highlight was the optional river cruise—it was a great perspective for finally telling the difference between Tower Bridge and London Bridge! Just a heads-up for others: the cruise is one-way only, so you’ll need to disembark at a different pier and plan your return via bus or Tube. Overall, a brilliant and convenient way to sightsee

Awful experience. Waited over an hour for a bus to show up for the red line. In that time, there were three blue line buses that showed up. Ruined our afternoon tour of London. I do not suggest this particular company. There were plenty of other tour bus companies running as we were waiting.

Perfect opportunity to stop by and see the most iconic places in London. Comfortable seating, very friendly and clean staff. We linked 2 lines and the penalty was detours for some demonstration.

Hop on hop off is a great way to see a new place without exhausting yourself! And all of the staff is knowledgeable about how to get around, where to grab a bite to eat, etc.

Okay overall, the blue line and red line overlap a lot and you end up seeing a lot of the same stops. I didn't have a chance to take the green line. As well the night tour was boring. It was just the same redline route just at night. I thought it would be different and the river tour was ver short.
