Don’t bother. Save yourself ALOT OF HASSLE and book with someone else. Using Big Bus Tours has been a headache start to finish. I definitely do not recommend

It was the first time I’d gone on this ‘adventure’ and I loved it

To complete the tour, you have to change buses THREE times. There is a 15 to 20 minute delay each time. It kept the tour from being relaxing. Only Viator tour I’ve ever taken that I was disappointed in.

The email instructions from BBT were not very clear. We arrived, jet lagged, and walked around and happened to find a Big Bus and got on it, just to activate our ticket. Somehow, I thought we *had* to activate the ticket. However we ended up not using our ticket at all, due to unforeseen circumstances - international travel with kids and all. So when I inquired about a refund, I was told that because we had activated our ticket, we were ineligible for a refund. I actually also contacted the booking agency (Get Your Guides) and had them intercede on our behalf, but was also told No, there would not be a refund coming to us. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Hop on hop off bus is great, saves on a lot of walking. You can check out which attractions you would like to see and stop as needed and then pick up another bus.

The concierge at our hotel recommended this particular bus tour company. Big bus provides the rider with headphones that include several languages. They also have 3 different routes. We were only able to ride the red line consistently. While attempting to ride the blue line, we took the river cruise stop, and waited for a very, very long time hoping to get back on the blue line. We were not alone. At least a dozen folks waited as well. At last, we all gave up and took a red bus line. We never were able to finish the blue line tour even though we bought the 48 hour pass because there was no blue buses stopping. I would not use this tour company again.

Great way to see London. We were able to tour all over the city and get to see many different places. Buses come very frequently barely had to wait.
