We’ve done Big Bus tours in other cities which have been fabulous. But this one was really sub par. The bus stops are in great locations, but hard to find. Most are at a bus stop with several buses coming and going. We weren’t sure if we were in the right spot. Another issue we had was that the drivers over stuffed the buses. On more than one occasion, there were people standing, sitting on laps, and standing in front of others. We actually missed our stop because we couldn’t get off the bus due to the high number of people. We were stuck. On top of that, all of the windows of the lower level had a film or glare that made it impossible to take photos of the sites. It was just very disappointing.

Bus was very crowded and getting a seat on the upper level was difficult. There were other hop-on-hop off busses that were less crowded. The day we took the bus there were many street closures forcing us to detour from the planned route.

Lousy driver. Walked off the bus for a driver change with no explanation. Had a full bus. The next driver wasn’t going to be there for 20 minutes. Bus in front was full except for 2 seats so we get on that bus. It leaves and goes off on a different route. So we jump off and take a cab.

Stop was a short walk from our hotel. The route sheet wasn't accurate so made it hard to know exactly where we could get to. All in all, it was good.

If there is a protest, you should cancel! We only got to go to a fraction of the stops. We did like riding on the top of the bus.
