Be careful when you get on & off. A woman that worked for Big Bus gave us the wrong bus route information & we ended up spending 2 extra hours going nowhere near our drop off location. Also, the maps they give are confusing. The driver should announce where they are taking you & having you end up. There were also times where the bus driver would stop the bus get off and then we would have to wait for a new driver to take over. Great concept, but horrible management.!

There are too many stops later in the day and then they take the buses out of service and it took 2 hours to go 10 stops. I wouldn’t recommend this tour

I had to wait very long for a bus in London. It took so long that I was forced to leave the bus stop and return to my hotel with my baby. It was very unfortunate. I a ski was forced to take a shuttle bus from The Green Park outside of Buckingham Palace to another busy stop since the bus could not stop at its regular stop at The Green Park. I would like a full refund.

It was nice to have the option to get on the bus when our feet where tired but the bus only picks up and drops off at major attractions and other buses have more pick up options, so if you are for example at Borough Market, you don't have to walk all the way bad to London Bridge (1/2 mile) to find a bus. They do give little earpieces to hear about what you are seeing but even that can be more informational as you are stuck in traffic a lot and would be nice to know what other buildings we are looking st or learn about the area we were in . But, if you just want to sit and a bus and drive around, it's a good option.

The “tour” is 97% pre-recorded classical music and 3% pre-recorded text. We were expecting a tour. The cherry on top is that there are several other companies on the ground offering the same route for less. No need to book in advance.
