2.00We were disappointed in this on/off bus trip around historic Madrid. Lots of guitar music, very little explanations of what we were passing, etc. The last stop, at The Prado, wasn’t even mentioned! Due to traffic any discussion was frequently out of sync. None of the stops are marked! If you walked to another stop, you didn’t know where to wait.

2.00Poor quality/price ratio. The bus travels at a high speed, with brief explanations; from the inside, it is hard to see what is described by the audio guide (at that time, the temperature was low, and we did not position ourselves in the uncovered upper part of the bus). For getting around, the subway is more useful (a 5-day pass costs less than the bus...)

4.00Enjoyable and imformative Some better communition to customers when iterneries change e.g no mention that cable car closed. No mention that the Yellow tour yesterday afternoon could not go full route We only found out when we asked why the tour had been shortened We were then told this was due to an accident.This should have bee announced on the bus

1.00We were given earphones and were listening to the purple loop on 16th May then Fron got on a microphone . I ignored him and was listening. It said coming up to stop 5 was a red light. I stood up to take a photo the bus took off I fell. We were half way to stop 6. The bus was driving at his own pace with the guy who thought he was a comedian. I really wanted to see the Royal Palace and he gave no notice. Oh look the palace as the bus zoomed past and all Ai have is my memory. If Ai had over again I would have got off at stop 2 and got on another bus. I asked the lady at Neptune. I said why give headphones. She had no idea there was someone with a microphone on board trying to do a commentary. He ruined my tour. I left. I will look at other options in future.

5.00Took all 3 routes & it really covered the city well. The audio was some of the best I Jane experienced it timed up well with the sites.

1.00They make the purchase really easy but due to the lack of buses for the routes this makes for extremely long waiting times to hop back on the buses. You definitely don’t get much value for the cost you pay. We are so sorry bought the 48 hour pass. Never again.
