  You can no longer get off and get back on at the stops, in fact there are no more stops, you have to move to the Neptune fountain where the tour starts and you can not get off during the tour until you get back to the Neptune fountain, we wasted the day in Madrid, we only had a day there and it was a good option to travel the main points get off, visit them, get back on and continue the tour, we did it because we had already paid for it but we could not visit anything, on the other hand the bus in very bad condition, they dismantled the back seats of the ground floor and we had a rainy day, we can not be up since it is decapotado and down only we could 9 people, the others had to wait 20min for the other bus to leave, the translation system was not useful or they had it off and one person was recounting everything in English and Spanish with a microphone at a very high level and you could not enjoy what you saw because you had to hear everything in both languages. Our experience this time was terrible is no longer worth doing these tours with any company in Madrid, as the city council forbade stops to everyone equally.

  It’s nice to get overview of the city and come back to places you like. The guide was nice, real one, not on the radio, so was able to answer any questions

  Guide spoke in Spanish and English. I found his accent very difficult to understand. He was not very informative nor particularly interesting. He played a Spanish song during the tour but neglected to explain it s significance. There were many lapses where nothing was said. I’ve always taken a city bus tour to get a feel for the place I’m travelling to but this particular one was a waste of money. The only redeeming feature was I got to see different parts of Madrid.

  Great way to know the city around. It’s not a hop in and out bus. A bus will leave every 15 minutes so you get there whenever is convenient.

  Beware!!! Comments are either in Spanish or English and this is not specified at the time of booking. We were on a bus in which the safety instructions were written either in German or in English and there were indications that the vehicle was assigned to visit the Austrian capital...

  It was okay. Even though the tour was English and Spanish, was hard to understand the guide with her accent. We also ran into roadblocks because of some race so it felt like we missed some parts of the city.

  We booked a full day trip to Segovia and Toledo and thought it'll be a great night to end our last night in Spain and we were right! Leaving from the Madrid to the North, then back to Madrid and to South again normally sounds like a long tedious day but not only was it not, we had the privilege of experiencing 2 different weather condition - snowy Segovia and a non-snowy one in Toledo. The sights were amazing and there was so much to look, but the experience was only made great because Ramiro, our guide was truly amazing - his ability to explain everything clearly in English and Espanol without making it sound like a drag, his patience with everyone, his constant care for the group and most importantly, his passion in sharing knowledge with us makes him a superstar in our eyes. He was so good that we gave him a tip for a couple of pints of beer on us, though he has never mentioned a tip. If anyone gets Ramiro as a guide, you'll be in great hands ☺️ Thank you, Big Bus and Ramiro for the phenomenal experience.
