5.00Juan is fluent in English and Spanish , friendly, funny and informative. He was happy to answer any questions. Our only difficulty was finding the Big Bus stop. The only one is outside the Prado and is s 90-minute non-stop loop. I know there were bad experiences but we would do it again.

4.00Was not a hop on / off. Only on. It would be nice if this had been disclosed. Narrator did a very nice job. Driver may have been a little jumpy with the brakes. We sent a message ahead and have still not heard back.

4.00The tour was not bad just that you didn't see much since the. Weather was bad and we had to stay inside .. I would have preferred a “hop on-off” to be able to get off and see better The guide was very thorough and prepared - recommended maybe on a sunny day ☀️!
