Needs correct meeting place

The meeting area was kind of confusing. It's not at the fountain of Neptune but at the entrance to the park. It was a live tour in both English and Spanish. I am used to the recorded message so it was a nice change. Paula did a decent job as a guide adding some comedy to it.

This tour is misleading as currently there are no hop on hop off tours in Madrid . You meet at one stop only and sit on the bus for 90 minutes returning to the original starting place . This is not what was advertised and led us to waste around an hour trying to find out where to find the Big Bus starting point . At no time was this change communicated to us so that we could cancel the tour as we had booked it on the basis of stopping at various points . We only found out on the day when it was too late to cancel . The guide was knowledgeable however it would have been nice to have been able to stop and spend more time at the various buildings and historical sites .

A great way to explore the city. Finding pick up was easy. Guide was informative. I stayed in the bus the whole 90 minutes and you can choose to hop off and back again.

Nice way to see the city. Buses can be longer than 20 min. Wait. Tour guide spoke English well. Sit up top. Better view

We learned a lot of history. The guide worked hard to speak English more slowly and enunciate more clearly. In the end she did a fine job and we really enjoyed the tour.
