Really good one to just roam around the city. No hop-on hop-off allowed. Single route bus for 60-90mins depends.too windy to seat on top unless its scorching summer and most of description said about the place and tourist spot you won't be able to hear as its too noisy and English is not clear. The lady will sit at lower floor of bus and keep on speaking in Spanish and (not so clear) English. No headphones provided or no radio facility to hear about the places.

This was a lovely way to see the City and plan future activities around the City! Our tour guide, Alvaro, was lively, knowledgeable, engaging, and easy to understand. Ask for him, if you can! Although it was a bit cold in the open air, it was lovely weather for a winter visit, worth it for the views, and would be a great reprieve during a summer visit or for those who need a break from walking.

Great overview of the major landmarks of the city, and Daniel was great about pointing out the best times to take a photo/video as the bus was driving by

I just took the Madrid Big Bus tour and I want to especially praise our guide Daniel. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. His commentary was easy to understand and full of fascinating stories about Madrid’s history and culture. One of the best guided bus tours I’ve experienced.

Sadly, there is no more hop-on, hop-off option in Madrid. I bought tickets at the main stop and was instructed to get the “free bus” to get to take off point. I had trouble finding the proper bus because it was the wrong side off the street and because it was Sunday tour, many streets/stops closed, so I kept getting redirected. After walking nearly 3 miles to get to the bus, it was disappointing. Fran, the tour guide, wasn’t bad and did very good. But the tour itself is very underwhelming. You’re not going to get good pictures and the 1.5 tour is very shallow. They just point out buildings but very little information. With it not being hop-on, hop-off - not worth the time or money.

Check if the guide actually speaks English. Our guide obviously thought he could speak English but none of us could understand him. The trip was a complete shambles, waste of time and money.

Nice way to see the sights at night without walking all around. Hard to take pictures but otherwise great

The tour lasted 1.5 hours. The meeting area was on the side of Prado Museum. The live commentary/guide Fran was excellent in speaking English and made the trip fun and interesting. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Wonderful way to get acquainted with the city. Easy to find, and it was perfect for us traveling with a senior person.
