5.002 routes (Red & Yellow) take you around the various points of interest. Buses can get very crowded at times but soon tend to thin out, while the top deck is partially open to the elements at the front so can get wet at times. Consider good value overall and the Big Bus App worked well with the Viator tickets. Unable to comment on the commentary as wasn’t given any earphones - probably because I joined the bus at at different stop to the main Suntec City hub - but not overly bothered and could have requested some if desired.

4.00The double decker bus is fantastic, particularly that you see the city from outside in the fresh air on the top level and not from behind glass. But the app, recording and paper flyer are terrible. They so need an upgrade. The app is clunky and the flyer needs to have better look up features for sights at each stop. The recording has too much music. If these were improved, I would give 5 out of 5. All buses were great with moving along at a good pace, however one driver kept getting out of their seat at a few spots and checking tickets, then allowing people to purchase tickets at the stops. This slowed us down a lot and I didn't appreciate sitting on the bus an additional 10 minutes. This took a lot of my time which I didn't have, and made me think I will go with another company in the next city.

4.00A good insight to get your bearings of Singapore. Reasonable value for money for the 48 hour pass. Its a pity that the pass expired at 5pm due to Chinese new year on our 2nd day as would have been nice to use for early evening to see Singapore lit up as our hotel was not very central being at the far end of Tanglin Road. There was lots of the city which we did not get to see as some of the buses took a wait of around 45 minutes and the full tour took 90 minutes depending on the traffic.

4.00This is a good way to get an overview of city. Two different lines, red & yellow. We did red and got off in China town for lunch. Had to wait 20 min to catch bus to get back on. It’s was hot so either sit under shade canopy or inside with AC.
