5.00The tour was great. Stefan was the perfect host!! Be prepared for rain at the volcanoes but the steam shower was great! 😁 However, Viator didn't give me the correct pick up information in the app and we almost missed our tour.

4.00Driver was on time and picked us up from the hotel. Easy to book and overall a good experience for the day! Driver was informative when asked a question. Clear speaking (we’ve had some that were very difficult to understand - mumbles or English was not primary language) and good personality to keep things lively. During the drives, not a lot of info provided between stops. Wish we had more info provided about the history of the island or topics about the next stop prior to arrival.

5.0012 hour tour of the Big Island! Drew was amazing! Made the trip both fun and educational. Black beaches, volcanoes, turtle encounters, rainforest and waterfalls. We had an amazing time and learned a lot. Would highly recommend!

Huge added bonus was learning so much about the history of Hawaii and the culture from Kevin, our amazing guide! Highly recommend this tour if its your first time to the big island!
