Botanical World's Zip Line is the most exciting zipline in Hawaii and possibly the world. With 8 lines gradually building to the last two that are dual side-by-side zips to share with a friend. The Grand Finale is over a huge 330 foot (100 meter) gorge with a 250 foot (76 meters) waterfall. Our Zip Isle zip Line Adventure is the longest operating zip line on the Big Island operating since 2009 with an unblemished safety record. With each of the 8 zip lines the excitement builds as the lines get longer as you continue to be thrilled. The amazing views from the suspension bridge will give a story to tell of true Hawaii as you pass the HUGE mango tree hundreds of years old that may have seen Kamehameha walking along the rapids of the stream gorge below. Your guides share the many secrets of the plants, let you taste fruits and spices and relay the history of this unique setting in the rain forest.

What To Expect
At Zip Isle Zipline Adventures at Botanical World, we have eight ziplines that allow you to see the rainforest from a new perspective. As you fly through the jungle, the ziplines get longer and you go faster. After crossing a daring suspension bridge, you finish with the final two side-by-side ziplines, where you can race your friends to see who flies the fastest, including a half-mile race while zipping past the famous 250 foot tall Kamaee Falls. Notice: Zippers between 35-70 lbs are required to go with our certified guide.

5.00My wife and I went on this Zipline tour for our honeymoon and it was just an incredible experience I would highly recommend to anyone, especially for a beginner who was nervous like myself. The staff; AJ, Myra, and Marcos were all very attentive and helped ease everyone into the experience. After the first line or two you feel totally at ease. The guides were all very fun and informative about the island as well as the property the tour is on. Would go again!

5.00We had a fantastic time here. We were in a group of 12 led by two guides (Myra and Jordan - I think). They were great - laid back but in charge and fun. There 8 lines in total plus a suspension bridge. The first 5 lines or so were pretty basic but still cool. Mostly over water and through the trees - which is always the way ziplines should be. Then the final three got longer and faster and more unique, culminating with the last line, which is a half mile long and goes past an amazing waterfall. Admission also gets you access to the botanical gardens. Unfortunately for us, we misread the closing time and only had a few minutes to explore the gardens. One thing I will mention. They tell you at the start they will take photos and video for you, which is absolutely true. However, you do not get video of the amazing long zipline over the waterfall. So if you have a GoPro with some sort of attachment, bring it with you and use it to get that part captured. They do take photos of you with the waterfall in the background.
