  No one was at the meeting point. No type of communication was given. It said the tour guide would have a red umbrella and no one was there. Called and messaged the guide/contact person and no response. Waited there and ended up ruining the rest of my day.

  SCAM SCAM SCAM. Don’t waste your money the place it takes you to has a photo on maps of bikes that USED TO BE THERE. no one comes or answers you they just steal your money.

  *** SCAM *** booked this tour while we were in the go, and I did not do my research. We showed up at the scheduled time, and nobody was there to meet us. Tried calling the number in contacts, but it was a wrong number. Once we realized that we were stood up I looked into past reviews to find that this has been happening for over 12 months. It is beyond me how Trip Advisor has allowed this vendor to remain on its platform despite numerous complaints of no-shows.

  Horrible. Tour guide didn’t show up, No advanced cancellation warning. Really ruin my day.. Will never book again. Don’t recommend- save your trip and book a different company

  I tried to follow the directions of the meeting point. I was 15-20 minutes early and still never found it. I called the phone number and it was not a working number. I was hoping they would call me so they could help me find it. No such luck. No bike tour of Barcelona for me and I’m out $. Very bummed.

  The meeting location was difficult to locate, we locals didn’t recognize it! The “fountain” where we were to meet is not working and hasn’t worked in years. Nobody ever showed up “with a red umbrella” as stated in the ‘Meeting place’ instructions. We messaged three times and did not get a response. We tried calling and we not able to get through to anyone.

  It did not happen. When I called to find out where our tour guide was, we were informed that the tour was canceled. No one informed us about this. We waited over 20 minutes.

  We had a wonderful private tour with Carolina. She was very knowledgeable and fun! She guided us through the busy city of Barcelona and it was truly a highlight of our trip. We highly recommend.

  I couldn't go, the bike location was not reached via phone call and could not be found by group name/event name. Waiting for a refund.
