We get views of the wildlife of the salt marsh that people almost never have an opportunity to see. We sail daily from April until October so we always know where we are likely to see the most interesting birds and with 25 years of experience running these tours we know where we are likely to have the best trip. Our route varies daily depending on conditions.

What To Expect
Daily from April through October Cruising through the coastal Salt Marsh behind Cape May and Wildwood viewing the birds and marine life that live there. We get up close to many different species of birds with views that people rarely get to see of some of the secretive birds of the wetlands. Being out in the wetlands every day for six months gives us a unique ability to find and closely visit with many different species of birds. cruises on Saturday Sunday and Monday mornings are sponsored by the Cape May Bird Observatory and have a higher price but are also either 2 1/2 or 3 hours depending on the season.

5.00It was a very enjoyable birding event. The boat captain and naturalist were experienced in knowing where the birds (and dolphins) would be, guided us on where and how to see them and they were very friendly.

5.00We've gone on this boat trip several times over the past ten years or so. It's always wonderful and always a little different because of weather conditions and the birds you see. It was windy and a little cold when we went, but we still saw osprey, terns, egrets, plovers, willets, dowitchers, oystercatchers, and more. We even saw a few dolphins, pretty close up! The captain and guide are entertaining and friendly, clearly love what they do, and explain all about what you're seeing. They take the boat up close to various saltmarsh landforms so you can get a good look. They even have a stock of high-quality binoculars on board that they'll lend you for the trip (much better than the ones I had brought)!

5.00A truly enjoyable excursion with a knowledgeable captain and some expert guest birders helped make this a great trip. Captain Bob took us to a number of areas in the wetlands to view various habitats with their unique species. The boat was comfortable and the close up views made this birding experience unlike any other. I highly recommend for anyone interested in nature and some history of the wetlands and this world class birding location!

5.00The captain had a bit of engine trouble at first, but after that was fixed, everything was great. The captain and the tour guide were very experienced birders. They were great at finding and pointing out birds and full of interesting info about them.
