5.00The booking experience was easy, the driver was lovely waiting for me at arrivals with a sign with my name and a smiley face on it at 4am in the morning which made me smile. Bottle of water in the car for me. With the chaos at the airport although Yandex may be slightly cheaper with a flight arriving in and everyone looking for a taxi having someone waiting just for you and not having to deal with the "taxi" "taxi" people outside the airport this is just easier and so worth it.
Highly recommend this company for your Bishkek transfer. It was such a smooth process I booked a return trip with them!

She provided her WhatsApp contact, I gave her my flight information and she promised me everything was set. It was a very smooth process. Car was luxurious, had WiFi, phone chargers, and water was provided. I highly recommend this company for your transfers in Bishkek. It was so good, I booked the return trip with them!

The driver arrived punctually, and the agency contacted us to confirm his arrival. He was polite, helped us with our luggage, and drove very safely. The agency always responded to our inquiries within minutes, and the price was very reasonable. We felt safe at all times and will definitely book with the same agency again next time.

5.00Cannot fault this experience. Our drivers Jakahylyk was fantastic. Was waiting at our gate with my name on a sign and helped carry our luggage out the car and into our hotel. After he left I realised I had left my passport in the car and before I could get hold of the company he had come back to the hotel to bring my passport back. Amazing service, will definitely book again :)
