Sydney Zoo – Sydney’s newest zoo is located on our way to the Blue Mountains. This is a great opportunity to meet Australian wildlife such as Kangaroo, Koala, Dingo, Wombat, Tasmanian Devil, Echidna and more. You can also meet African and Asian animals! (Cheetah, lion, Red Panda, Elephant, Sumatran Tiger and more).
The best place to view the wilderness of the Blue Mountains (away from the large buses – big Coaches DO NOT have access at Kings Tableland)

5.00Our driver/host for the day was Les. Les absolutely made the day for everyone. He was so informative about every aspect of the tour. His stories and sense of humour were great. The bus was clean and comfortable for our trip. The tour was evenly structured to take in ALL the experiences with time to spare. I would recommend this tour as being great value for money.

3.00Lots of time on the bus especially hotel pick ups. If you thought you were going straight to the blue mountains you’re not. There’s a zoo trip first which is extra. You can opt out and wait outside if you choose. Same with the scenic tour when you get to the Blue Mountains. Weather was atrocious and saw nothing! I think the tour operators should advise 24 hours in advance of bad weather and give you the option to cancel. Whole trip cost me around 300$ to see nothing.

5.00Well worth the time and cost. Narration was excellent. Guide Bruce was easy to hear and was available to answer any questions. We left the final pick-up location at 8:00. Time at the zoo was 1.5 hours and that was enough time to see everything. From there we traveled to the Blue Mountains and Scenic World. Pre-pay for this or pay the driver at the end of the tour. Includes all three areal rides and a walk on the board walk through the bush/rain forest. Saw waterfalls, rock formations, coal mine entrance. The rides were exciting! Even though it was cloudy we had wonderful views. Lunch at the town of Laura with many choices of small eateries. After lunch we visited three lookout points. The first involved approx 60 steps down and up... moderate to difficult. The second involved a sloping paved trail that was easy to moderate for a short distance. Options to take more difficult side trails. Last stop was very easy with optional difficult side trails. Two hours to the ferry dock at the Olympic Village. Nice ferry ride 1/2 hour to the terminal at Circular Quay by 6:15. Options to shop, eat etc. Use your own transportation to return to your hotel.

4.00It was very foggy and cloudy on the day of our tour so we really did not see anything at all. Despite nature's condition, our driver/guide Lance tried to maximize what we can see and do in Blue Mountain. He went back several times on different lookout hoping for some clearance. We hiked to 3 falls instead and was promised a refund of the added fees we paid for Scenic World. I'm sure this experinece would have been great if not for the weather that day.

5.00We had an amazing day yesterday with our tour guide Bruce, he was very attentive and knowledgeable which made the day super easy and comfortable - with a great playlist for the day!! We loved getting early access to Sydney Zoo and enjoyed the Scenic World & blue mountains viewpoints. We even managed to get an earlier ferry home too which was great. Thanks so much!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
