Excellent introduction to blue mountains and some of Sydney sights. Quick and short stopover, value for it's $$. Very enjoyable and nice company.

The tour was excellent. Our guide, Bruce provided great insight throughout the tour with lots of breaks to process information. We loved the multiple pickup points options and the ferry at the end of the tour. Keep in mind the zoo and scenic world are separate fees but with a discount if the guide purchases for you and you pay at lunch time. Much was excellent at lunch point (can’t remember the town) with lots of options and sufficient time. The pictures can’t describe the blue mountains experience. You have to be there ..

The trip is long. The scenic world and the zoo are not worth it. It’s very cold and it took too long in the cold outside. The scenic lookouts were good and would have been better if we could have just spent the time there. The bus never heated up and we were very cold. Les was a good guide and knowledgeable about many things. He was a nice guy and had many a story to tell, but at the end of the day it descended into too many below the belt anti women jokes. On a tour with children it was getting a little inappropriate. The cruise back was so late that it was dark by the time we got the ferry and we couldn’t see anything. Still I’m pleased I visited the blue mountains. I would have rated it higher if I wasn’t so cold.

The skyway is a little expensive than expected, but it’s completely optional. Les is a nice guy who is familiar with the history of all those lands, buildings, plants etc

Unfortunately we were unable to make this tour and I reached out 4 hours. Wrote it could start and I was refused a refund due to the 24hour policy. I even offered to take a credit that I could use on another tour and they refused that as well. Incredibly disappointing!!!
