Arana was the perfect guide for our Blue Mountains trip. The time spent at each location felt just right—never rushed, but always moving at a comfortable pace. She shared meaningful insights about how Aboriginal peoples respect the land, and I appreciated her honesty in explaining that some stories cannot be shared without permission. That added a level of authenticity and respect to the experience. She also gave fascinating explanations about how wildfires have shaped the landscape and how native plants have been used over time, which really deepened my appreciation for the area. At 72 years old and visiting from Florida, I found the “moderate” hike a bit more challenging than expected—but Arana was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. She found me a beautiful viewing rock where I could sit and take in the scenery while the younger members of the group scrambled down to the falls. Overall, it was a memorable and well-balanced experience, made even better by Arana’s knowledge, care, and respect for the land.

This was a great day! The Featherdale Wildlife Park was excellent and a must see if you love animals. I chose the Scenic World option for this tour, so my lunch was included. The food was good, and the park was a lot of fun. I especially liked the gondola ride past Katoomba Falls. Guil was my guide and he is wonderful. So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this tour.

Beautiful experience to get in touch with Australia’s unique wildlife as well as to see the reliefs of the Blue Mountains classified as UNESCO World Heritage. The transport took place in a small bus of about twenty passengers very clean, comfortable and driven by an excellent driver and guide.

Arana was our guide and she made this day an exceptional experience. We loved the intimacy of the size of the group and Arana not only drove us but gave us loads of interesting information with a bit of banter as well! Her lunch spot recommandation was excellent and without her mentioning it we would have missed going to the Sydney Fish Market on our return to Sydney at the end of our fabulous day! Great trip not to be missed, every penny worthwhile!

I think overall this tour is for a younger crowd. The overview and waterfall both include substantial walks/hikes down paths/steps which are easy enough to go down, but then you have to go back up! The falls we could see from the top did not look impressive enough to venture down, so we skipped. The animal park was nice, and the stop in the little town for lunch was decent. I think other tours with less walking would have been a better pick for us.

This was advertised as a maximum of 20 guests; we had 26. The guide was so far ahead we couldn't hear and very few stops to admire the scenery. Arana also told us to hike to the 3 sisters view but the viewing area was actually better. She never described why 3 sisters was important. I had to Google it.

This was the best day! The wildlife park in the morning is incredible, giving you a chance to get up close with some native Australian wildlife. Then the hikes, waterfalls and views were unreal all day. We had Arana as our tour guide and she was amazing, very knowledgeable about the area & very entertaining throughout the whole day (enhanced the tour hugely). Many thanks! Charles & Felicity

I had the most amazing experience today on this tour with Arana as the guide. I am traveling solo and was nervous I wouldn’t get to socialize, but there were a ton of other solo travelers, and even the ones not solo traveling were very friendly. Everyone in the group had different backgrounds which made it super fun to get to know everyone. We got picked up at a convenient location and made our way to featherdale wildlife park. I didn’t know what to expect but it exceeded everything. We were able to get up close with many of the animals! After that, we made our way to our hike. The hike was moderately difficult, but Arana took us on a route that allowed us to see so many amazing things that I forgot we were hiking 3 miles. Once we made it to the trickier part of the hike, we had the option to continue down to the bottom of the waterfall or stay at the top of the stairs. I was nervous to go down but decided to anyway. It was worth the energy! I have never seen such beautiful views. After the hike, we made our way to Katoomba for lunch which we did on our own. May of us went to the same restaurants and got to socialize some more. Finally, we made our way to the three sisters. This was a great view, but after seeing them, we made our way back. 10/10 tour. Truly recommend to anyone that is capable of a moderate hike.
