2.00The trip was good, however we were very disappointed with the customer service. I booked for 5 of us to go on Thursday morning less than 24 hours before the tour. Sadly, just after this my 80 year old mother was admitted to hospital after a fall for immediate surgery so I emailed to cancel one person (the other 4 were still going). They told me they could not refund within 24/48 hours (they were happy to take my money within that time frame though). They advised me to claim through travel insurance, however the excess is more than the trip. Sometimes there are circumstances where there should be exceptions. Where has human compassion gone, especially when they still got the money from the other 4 people. Not impressed and would not book through them again.

5.00Our driver/guide Brian was very knowledgeable and organized our day to make the most of our time. The early start time was good to avoid heavy traffic and for us to enjoy the activities without the big crowds. All of the included stops were worthwhile. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in the Blue Mountains.

5.00Our tour guide Leonard was fantastic and didn’t hurry anyone which is important when seeing such beautiful scenery such as the clue mountains. He had a great sense of humour and a great play list of Australian music that he played 😊

5.00Our tour of the Blue Mountains was a day well spent. What beautiful country and a fun way to see it. Leonard our tour guide did a wonderful job. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable, shared interesting information about the places we visited and Australia in general. He could be a DJ as he kept us grooving with Australian hits countdown. Enriching day to say the least! We would recommend as a great day trip from Sydney.

5.00The whole trip was awesome. Phil was a pleasure. He was very friendly, informative, and fun. I would highly recommend booking this experience to other people. It wasn’t crowded at all and there was no line for rides in Scenic blue mountain which is superb.
