5.00The whole day was amazingly fun because of our tour guide/driver, Lloyd, who was very engaging with everyone. He learned our names and engaged us in conversations along the way. There was never a boring moment. We laughed and had fun. He gave narratives of important history of Australia. He stopped frequently for breaks at the best scenic overlooks and gave us great choices for lunch.

5.00Brian was an excellent driver & guide, keeping our small group together & on schedule. This tour leaves very early to beat the larger bus tours & move your group swiftly through the exhibits. We only had one day to see the Blue Mountains & surrounding area, so this tour fit us well to see as much as possible in a short time & still return in good time for supper. Diamond tours did great job communicating time & location pick up.

1.00I took this tour last month. They say it’s all about the tour guide that makes or breaks the experience and that holds true here. Although the made good effort to find the best viewing spots, he lacked giving us any kind of good knowledge of the sites. There were also no rest stops or phone chargers on the bus, which considering how long of a day it is, there should be. Additionally, the Zoo they took us to was meant more for children than an adult experience. Extremely disappointing.
