4.00The scenery is great. I would recommend anybody who is in Sydney to visit the Blue Mountains. Please do it with a different company. I would not travel with Diamond Tours again. The main reason is, I question the integrity of the company. There were 20 of us in the group. The company only provided 18 Cruise tickets. According to the tour guide The reason he’s short on tickets is because there are usually two or three no shows but this time everybody came so he’s short. Instead of him quietly go about buying two more tickets, he asked for volunteers among the group to buy their own tickets and get reimbursed. Eventually two people did and he reimbursed him on the spot. This is ever the first time in my years of travel that I encounter such an incident. The Company would go about making that little extra profits banking on having no shows. Miscounts happen. You correct the mistake but to ask people to buy their own tickets then get reimbursed! Unheard of. The Tourguide is an older gentleman, a nice man. His style of commentary is much to be desired. He’s not engaging at all. At times I found him talking to the microphone somewhat to himself, but not to an audience. I think that takes away the trip.

5.00GREAT way to get out of Sydney proper. Beautiful scenery, wonderful excursion. Prompt, courteous, conscientious guide. Plenty of bathroom breaks and choices for food and shopping. We’ve traveled around the world and within the handful of the best excursions we’ve ever taken. I don’t hand out 5 star reviews. This one earned it.
