Although the weather wasn't great, the tour was a magical experience. Furthermore, my tour guide, Jeff, is the best guide I've ever had. He greatly enhanced the experience. Excellent.

Scott (Scotty) was great. Arrived on time, had information of interest, and really cared about our experience. The day was rainy and very cloudy but he still made it worthwhile.

I booked this tour as part of a short solo trip to Sydney mostly as a way to ensure I saw more than just the main city while I was in town. I'm glad I did that, as I was incredibly lucky to go on this tour on a clear day when the views were excellent! But the whole day kind of felt like a rushed checklist. 1) The Scenic World theme park was INSANELY busy and chaotic, at no moment did I feel like I was at peace while I took in the beautiful scenery. It felt like we were just rushing from one ride to the next, trying not to lose anyone in our group to the insane chaos. 2) Over half my tour group was made up of one group of loud Californians, and the rest of us felt pretty ignored and overshadowed the entire day while we just listened to these people talk and even control the playlist. 3) Our tour guide Brian was SO nice and you could tell he genuinely enjoys his job, but on several occasions he rambled so far off topic (we got a 10-minute lecture on how the different levels of Australian government oversee electricity usage while we were at Scenic World, I'm still not sure why) that we ended up severely behind schedule. 4) On the schedule vein, we got back to Circular Quay over an HOUR late. I had evening plans that were almost completely ruined, because when I booked the tour it said we would get back to the city around 5 and when the tour started our guide Brian reiterated our return time would be around 5:30. We got back at 6:30. In my opinion if the end time of the tour is flexible, it should not be advertised to end around 5. Another solo traveler asked if she should book the same tour, and I told her not to. Though the sights were worth seeing, there was enough wasted time being bored on a bus full of strangers that I would recommend anyone hoping to see more of Sydney go another route to get the most out of their time.

As the ad says wear comfy shoes. We had a rainy day with some delays due to traffic. Visibility was an issue as it was cloudy in Blue Mountains but still was a good tour! Scotty was great with stories to regale us with. Comfort stops and lunch area had a lot of unique sights loaded with a variety of local food stuffs. A lot of animals were out and visible at the Zoo. You can get up close to a Koala in the photo area. Also close up views of the roos and wallabys along the Australia trail. All in all, we had a wet yet fun and interesting day! 4/5 for the day but certainly 5 Stars for our guide Scotty
