We only had 2 days in Sydney. My friend wanted to see the Blue Mountains and the zoo (she didn’t get to visit them on her last trip). This tour was perfect to fill one of our days, packed with plenty of things to see and do. It saved us time by including all the admission fees, and there was no time wasted. The tour guide will not wait for you if you’re late, but the group size (max of 21 people) was perfect—not too small or too large. We loved it and HIGHLY recommend this tour! Our tour guide, Lloyd, was great! This is not a hiking tour, but there’s a little bit of walking from the parking lot to the viewing points, which is very doable. We were lucky to have a clear, sunny day at the Blue Mountains. I’m usually a late riser, but I’m so glad our tour started at 6:45 am. We avoided the large coach crowds that were just arriving as we were leaving the sites. It gave us a chance to take great scenic pictures without a mess of people in the background and fewer people at the restaurants for lunch. It was perfect to return on a ferry around 5:00 pm, getting a fantastic view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. We still had time to walk around the harbor front, too.

It is a long way to go out of Sydney. The mountains themselves were beautiful, as advertised but the “rides” took away from the natural beauty of the place.

The best thing about this experience was the driver guide Lloyd. He was informative. He was comical and he got us to all the spots on time. It was a very busy day.
