If you can only do a few Syndey tours, take this one! It starts in the Blue mountains and the 3 sisters with breathtaking views, then you do a walk in the rain forest to appreciate the Australian ecosystem, lunch, a finish in the Featherdale Wildlife Park, which I believe is heads and shoulders above the Syndey Taronga Zoo. Our guide Luke was very knowledgeable and provided an exceptional experience.

Delightful tour of the beautiful Blue Mountains with Ela as our resourceful and entertaining guide. Grand photo ops, cable car rides, a Jurassic jungle, and the amazing animals of Featherdale wildlife park. Not to be missed for first-time Sydney visitors.

We had an absolutely great day with Ella as our tour guide. Pick up was prompt and lots of communication beforehand to ensure everyone was where they needed to be on time. The Blue Mountains were amazing we had stunning weather too which always helps. The wildlife park was also a lovey end to a perfect day. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit that area. Had the pleasure of meeting Chapo the owner on NYE also, he cares so much about his guests and just wants everyone to have a great time. If you are in Sydney and wanting to visit the Blue Mountains book don’t hesitate you will have a wonderful time.

Apologies for the belated review. We took this tour on Nov 12 with Sean. Everything was absolutely perfect and so well organized. I loved the coffee/breakfast stop en route - I got the almond croissant, so delicious. He got us in and out of each place before the crowds came. At Featherdale animal preserve on the way back into Sydney, I got to pet a very small kangaroo which was an absolute highlight (so fluffy). They also had a koala experience there you could pay extra to pet and do special photos with, we didn't. Featherdale is small but has an amazing collection of animals and I liked it better than the large, crowded, somewhat overwhelming Taronga Zoo in Sydney. Plenty of time in each location. Highly recommend.

Ella was our guide. She did a great job. She arranged the itinerary. Well, give us opportunities to have local coffee and the bakery. The lunch was also good. The blue Mountains was absolutely gorgeous. We also saw the waterfalls and the wild animal park. We loved this Tour.!

My mom and I were on holiday to Australia and booked this tour to see beyond the city. We were not disappointed - this tour was great! Luke was our guide and he got us to all locations before the large crowds showed up. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you for a great tour beyond Sydney!

Everything worked smoothly and we appreciated very much to be at the Blue Mountains so early in the day in order to skip all lines and crowds. Thanks to Sean for a great trip to the Blue Mountains and thanks to Chipo for the great information before the trip. We would certainly book by Chapman Tours again.

Experienced ravelers will not want to go on a tour like this. Two tourist traps and an overcrowded bus, where several passengers including myself had to sit in seats with wheel hulls that prevented feet from reaching the floor. Hordes of tourists taking photos and blocking the route and view. Nothing special about the food available for lunch. This was an extremely expensive day at almost AU$400, and the gift shops had loads of tacky items. The only saving grace was Mick the driver who did his best to provide historical and cultural context for tour members. The early start of the trip--at 6:35 a.m. was too early. An 8 or 8:30 departure would make more sense with a return time of 6 or 6:30 p.m. Though the wildlife park had some local animals and birds, its situation in a suburban neighborhood was odd. I felt the day, notwithstanding the kindness of the driver, was a waste of time and money.

Excellent, excellent, excellent tour! Tour Guide TOM was very knowledgeable, friendly, interesting, informative and patient. His instructions, directions and communications were very clear and he stayed with us and guided us as much as he could. We spent just enough time at the various sites. Really appreciate the small group - only 20 others - on a comfortable small bus. I also greatly appreciate the very clear and comprehensive information and directions from Chapo prior to the tour. You would never know that the company is small (only 7 I think). They are very professional, yet the personal service really shines through. Highly recommend this tour and the company. Thank you for making our last day in Sydney so memorable and enjoyable!
