Following the wildlife park we take all guests back to Sydney at 4pm avoiding the overcrowded public ferry.

5.00Great tour! Other reviews mention it, but the early start time is SO worth it. We left every venue just as it was getting busy. Our guide,, Mick, was great…very knowledgeable. I didn’t love-love the wildlife park, but that was just probably just me and it also seems to be par for the course for every Blue Mountains tour. It was just kinda underwhelming and none of the kangaroos seemed interested in eating by the time we got there…I’d save your $5AUD. Chappell (owner) was 100% communicative and very friendly. Really recommend!

5.00Great day trip from Sydney! The tour company is extremely friendly and knowledge of the area. It is an early start to the day but totally worth it. Sean, our tour guide, was great about getting us to the locations before the crowds so we were often the only ones at the locations. The views of the Blue Mountains are incredible and getting to see the Featherdale Wildlife Park was awesome! You have the ability to get up close to some of the most iconic Australian animals. Worth every cent!

5.00It was a full day experience which starts early to avoid large crowds. The guide said Wednesdays and weekends are the busiest and he would avoid booking on those days due to school groups and local time off. Although we saw it all and experienced plenty, it did feel slightly rushed at times. Not really hiking anything except for well paved sidewalks and stairs. The Featherdale experience was my favorite with being able to touch a koala and feed & pet kangaroos.
Beat the crowds and enjoy the best stops with this smaller exceptional business that cares!!

5.00We reeeelly liked traveling with a guide who is passionate about sharing the gorgeous Mountains where he grew up. Sean was our guide with 30 years experience! He got our group up early to beat the crowds and give my friends and my husband and I an incredible day out of the city! Being on a tour bus like this gave us the ability to stop in the smaller towns for coffee and breakfast and lunch. He organized and called ahead for our breakfast and lunch orders so they were ready to eat! Sean got us on the first rides of thr day on the tram! We were able to enjoy hearing birds in the rainforest before alll the big buses arrived. We had clearer views at the lookout stops! Sean with Chapman Tours has an energy that shows that he cares about giving excellent customer service and fantastic memories to the customers! He shared that this tour company won the service excellence award for 2024 and is in the running again for 2025 and I could see why! If we are fortunate enough to be back in this area I took a photo of Sean by the Chapman Tour Bus so we can have his excellent service again!! M

5.00Absolutely amazing! Best excursion experience ever, and we travel a lot. Our guide Mick was great! He kept everything on schedule, was funny, and provided lots of historical information. If you’re ever in Sydney, you can’t miss this experience. The scenery is breathtaking! Breakfast and lunch was delicious. Highly, highly recommend you do this!!!!

5.00Our guide, Ela, was amazing. Knowledge and personable, she shared so much information. The wildlife refuge was great, and the Blue Mountains are beautiful and definitely worth seeing if in Sydney. Breakfast and lunch are included and both were very good in lovely locations.
