The BMP-1 is a Soviet amphibious tracked infantry fighting vehicle, designed to transport infantry fast into battle, with the additional option of providing fire support if needed. Drive the tank over rough and varied terrain. Feel the cold metal against your skin, the smell of tank fuel and the deafening roar of the engine as you experience the unsurpassed strength of this gigantic vehicle.
After this exhilarating experience, you will be brought back to earth with a guided tour of our garage, where you can see a range of military vehicles and weapons including: T-34, T-55, T-72 Tanks, BRDM, BTR Armoured Personnel Carriers as well as an original soviet rocket carrier.

What To Expect
-This activity requires at least one driver over 18 years old- After arrival, you can expect welcoming and registration at our main base. After the registration, you will be lent military clothes and instructed on how to drive a tank by video or live demonstration. Then you will experience the 30 minute driving the BMP-1 accompanied by one of our experienced instructors. You will finish the adventure with a guided tour of our tanks and other military vehicles and receive a tank drivers diploma.

5.00We had a great time at Offroad Action driving the BMP-1 tank. From the beginning, communication with Renata was quick and helpful. On the day of the event, our transit train was delayed at the stop before Milovice and Jakub was kind enough to pick us up so our activity would not be further delayed. Jakub was a great coach and it only took a few minutes of instruction before we were out on the dirt roads driving up and down hills and through mud. Jakub was patient and encouraging throughout the experience, answered questions, and let us take photos and videos to our hearts’ content. This was truly a once in a lifetime experience and we could not be happier with how we were treated by Offroad Action.

5.00Amazing experience driving tanks in a private off-road area. The instructor was great and knowledgeable. Highly recommend getting picked up in Prague or taking the train (which drops off about 3 min drive from the entrance). The cell phone reception was challenging, but we found the right place and the instructor was ready and waiting.

5.00More fun than I ever thought it would be. Definitely recommend this with one caveat. My wife was also planning to drive, but the vehicle is very big and she couldn’t climb up on it. Ultimately, due to the kindness of an observer she did get up, but didn’t think she would be able to get out of the driver’s seat. She rode on top and loved every minute; but it does take agility and strength to get aboard and getting down wasn’t easy for her either. It would help if the vendor had a small ladder where the vehicle is parked.
