5.00My wife and I had amazing hour on the water with Tridente Boat Tours in Armacao de Pera. Our guide , Renaldo spoke English and French , was very informative and humorous . The boat was small enough to enter many caves that the bigger boats could not. The water was very calm and the tides just right to enter some of the smaller caves. A first class experience

5.00Peru is an incredible destination and our three-week trip was filled with unforgettable highlights. The people were warm and gracious, Cusco was absolutely beautiful, Machu Picchu was awe-inspiring, and visiting Lake Titicaca and the Uros people was a truly special experience. Ollantaytambo was another standout. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively affected by the tour company we booked with, Peru Travel (Trippers Peru). We dealt with constant last-minute changes to the itinerary and hotel arrangements, often with little or no notice. The “luxury coach” we were promised never appeared, and instead we had long journeys on a bus with a non-working toilet — not ideal for a group mostly in their late 60s to mid-70s. The worst issue was in the Amazon. We had booked and paid for Hacienda Herrera Tambopata Lodge, but were placed in Amazon Paradise Lodge, which was extremely poor quality: dirty rooms, uncleaned mosquito nets, holes in the roof, and even charges for basic hot water. One room with leaking water was reassigned to another guest without repairs being made. Our guide also provided very limited information during the trip, and there were many last-minute instructions and unexpected charges. For example, we were told at 11pm the night before that Nazca Lines payments had to be made in cash at the airport. Luggage restrictions for the Amazon were also poorly communicated and very stressful. Despite raising these concerns after returning home, the company has not responded to our emails. Peru itself was wonderful, but I would strongly recommend avoiding Peru Travel (Trippers Peru).

5.00We took first morning tour. Meeting point was easy to find, staff at the beach and guides nice (unfortunatelly I don't remember their names) . Departure and arrival back to the beach were on time. Really appreciated the possibility of taking a dog on the tour with us because most companies doesn't allow pets on board. Also info about parking lot undergoing maintenance was very helpfull so we knew we would need more time to find parking.

5.00We had a nice tour with the boat and the captain Hugo and the guide Tiago. Even if the waves were quite high, we were sure to have sailed. Our sons found the speed return almost the best.

5.00Easy to book. 1 hour is right amount of time. Lovely location to begin trip and worth a walk round town after. Plenty of free parking across from beach meeting point together with a cheap, secure, paid parking lot that takes credit cards and is manned. All staff speak English, friendly, professional operation. Stop off at other interesting rock formations with commentary. Boat took us right into all the caves. Book and enjoy as you are in safe hands.
