A private guide will pick you up at your accomodation in Prague and take you to Nižbor,home of famous Czech crystal manufactory.On the guided tour through the factory you will explore how the famous Czech crystal is made step by step. You will learn the history and where the tradition of Czech crystal manufacture comes from. Watch the artisan masters glass blowers/cutters do what they know the best.
For an additional fee at the glassworks you can try to become glass blower/cutter yourself and under the guidance of a master blower/cutter create your own product.

What To Expect
A local guide will pick you up at the place of your stay in Prague and after about 45 minutes drive you will arrive to Nizbor.Home of the famous Czech crystal manufactory.During a guided tour through the factory you will learn its history and observe step by step how the Czech finest crystal is made.For an additional fee,you can become a glass blower/cutter yourself and under the guidance of a professional artist blow or handcut your own piece of crystal.please be aware that for blowing there is a 24h cooling time,so products will be delivered to Prague on the next day.

5.00I definitely spent a lovely time with hana, I appreciated how easy it was to contact her, she is reliable, knowledgeable and so easygoing. We ce learned a lot and a opportunity to blow some air in the glass and it was even harder than it looks. Definitely a perfect Bohemian experience

5.00This tour was one of the highlights of our stay perfect experience from the beginning to the end. Our guide, was exceptional, professional, warm and friendly . Her insights and thoughtful touches made the experience truly special !!! The workshop was great We have loved learning and seeing up behind the scenes how it’s all made !! We were so impressed to see how our craft has turned out after Hana had brought it to our hotel. The visit itself was fascinating, but Hana made it unforgettable.

5.00This Bohemian glass factory tour was a wonderful experience, made truly special by our guide, Hana. She picked me up from my hotel and took me to the factory with another couple, explaining the glassmaking process clearly and with great care. We even got to try glass blowing ourselves. Because the finished piece needed to be picked up the next day and I was already traveling to Dresden, Hana went above and beyond. She kindly picked up my Christmas ornament from the factory and, since she had a tour in Dresden, brought it with her and left it safely at my hotel front desk while I was out. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism were exceptional. I would absolutely take another tour with Hana when I return to Prague and highly recommend this experience.

5.00We had a great time at the tour. Our guide, Hana, was awesome at explaining the process in detail. She is an excellent driver as well! So she made the trip a very pleasant experience. We are glad we booked it and feel lucky we got such a good guide. She picked us up at the hotel, punctually, and the vehicle was clean and upscale. We learned a lot about bohemian glass and made us appreciate the craftsmanship and artistry of it.
