4.00The reason I gave only a 4 is because this CRPH tour company is not good with communicating at all. I tried to contact 3 days prior to ask for confirmation of where the pick up will be- and no response. They contacted me the day of the tour and the driver was 1 hour late. Our driver though was incredibly sweet and great- It seems he was called last minute to accompany us . The ride was comfortable. Once we got to the place- it was incredible- my kids loved seeing the fireflies at night- the boat guides were incredibly informative. Overall we loved the firefly watching -

1.00It was not what it says in the description. 1. The driver did not contact us and was late. We had to call the tour organizer to reach the driver. 2. The driver brought us to a shared boat, even though the tour description stated it was a private tour. The shared boat costs 350 pesos (approximately $4-5, we asked), while the private tour is 27 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE! I'm not sure where the photos of canoes came from because we didn't see anything like that. After half an hour of complaining, they finally took us on a private tour. It all felt like a scam attempt. We managed to get the tour we wanted, and the fireflies were amazing, but after going through all this, we have a bitter aftertaste.
We really have enjoyed the scenery and the tour guides were really good. They were very knowledgeable.

5.00We booked the private version of this tour and we loved it. The boatman took a lot of time to answer our questions. It seems that the boatman is arranged randomly by a third party. But ecotraveler arranged the transportation and bottled water which was very nice. It felt easy, convenient and exclusive. The tour lasts about 30-40 minutes but it’s magical enough. Highly recommended.
