It was not what it says in the description. 1. The driver did not contact us and was late. We had to call the tour organizer to reach the driver. 2. The driver brought us to a shared boat, even though the tour description stated it was a private tour. The shared boat costs 350 pesos (approximately $4-5, we asked), while the private tour is 27 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE! I'm not sure where the photos of canoes came from because we didn't see anything like that. After half an hour of complaining, they finally took us on a private tour. It all felt like a scam attempt. We managed to get the tour we wanted, and the fireflies were amazing, but after going through all this, we have a bitter aftertaste.
We really have enjoyed the scenery and the tour guides were really good. They were very knowledgeable.

It’s an amazing trip! During the kayak, staff is so caring to tell us many interesting stories of fireflies, we also share cultures from our own countries! Highly recommended!

We booked the private version of this tour and we loved it. The boatman took a lot of time to answer our questions. It seems that the boatman is arranged randomly by a third party. But ecotraveler arranged the transportation and bottled water which was very nice. It felt easy, convenient and exclusive. The tour lasts about 30-40 minutes but it’s magical enough. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had as much time as we wanted to spend viewing and taking photos of the firefly's.
