This was a great tour of not only the local food but also the history, would definitely recommend if visiting Bologna. Eugenio was so welcoming and a very knowledgeable guide, telling us alot about the history of Bologna, it's food and our surroundings. All of the food, wine and coffee we tried were delicious, we were shown foods such as Tigelle which we wouldn't have tried if it was not for the tour. The amount of food was more than enough, we definitely didn't leave hungry! Eugenio also pointed out other places to visit along the way, we went in to a osteria he had recommended which had a lovely traditional vibe. Was a memorable experience and well worth doing!

A pleasant food and wine visit to Bologna accompanied by Roberta who made us feel among friends despite the group was composed of people from different parts of the world. We ate very well, the right quantities, with very clear explanations on the preparation of the dishes we enjoyed and also of other typical products of the area. Highly recommended!
