2.00Good selection of foods and places to eat but I'm far from satisfied. The name of the tour is small group. It was 13 people with 7 of them being native Italian speakers, and no English, plus they came in late, dividing the attention and time of the guide. The guide Viola was not effective at story telling, she spoke while walking and only to the one or two people walking beside her. Very difficult to follow what she was saying in the very few occasions that she actually said something. Then considering the price we paid for the tour Vs the value of the food Vs to the value added by the guide, I feel ripped off. In the cottoletta restaurant something weird happened and we ended up having to divide our cottoletta plates with another person. That shouldnt be an issue but it felt improvised and somehow a last minute decision. I for one, was able and willing to have the full plate as well as my wife. Advice to the operator: further training to your guides to provide them with interesting content and delivery methodology is clearly needed, consider audio devices if the guide cannot speak loudly, avoid mixing group languages, etc. But what do I know. I'm just a tourist trying to have a good time and make sense of the investment I made.
