You'll taste lots of different beers, sample different barley malts and hops, pick up tasting tips, learn how to navigate beer menus wherever you drink beer down the road. What To Expect
Bozeman Brewing Company
At Bozeman Brewing Co., you'll head into the taproom with Rich to enjoy your own flight of four 4-oz. beers of your choosing (or let Rich curate the flight for you). Plus, Rich will teach you tasting tips and tips for how to decode a beer menu.
Mountains Walking Brewery
Next, we'll walk one block (about 2 minutes) to Mountains Walking Brewery. At Mountains Walking, first, Rich will lead you into the brewery (where he used to work), to see the brewing tanks, sample barley malts and hops, and learn more about beer ingredients and brewing processes. Then, you'll grab a seat in the taproom with Rich to have your own flight of four 4-oz. beers of your choosing (or let Rich recommend beers based on your tastes). Plus, you'll enjoy a hot appetizer from the Mountains Walking kitchen!

5.00The beer tour is of two places in Bozeman. They were both awesome. Our guide, Rich, provided a list of beers with information about each, which was very helpful in deciding which ones to try. Well worth it for the cost. If you like to linger over beer, you'll have to drink a bit quicker at the first place as the tour is only 90s minutes. Luckily you can always go back and you can hang out at the final brewery as long as you want.

5.00Must do experience if you love beer! Rich is the most knowledgeable beer expert I’ve ever met and hosts a fun and educational tour with great beer options at Bozeman's two best breweries! I would rate the tour infinity if it were on the IBU scale (if you don’t know what this means do the brewery hop with Rich!)

5.00Was so fun to learn more about the history and science behind beer. Rich is great! Definitely a must for a quick outing and learn more about craft beers. If you have any questions he’s like an encyclopedia, full of knowledge and passion. Been in the industry for 10 years and it’s was very engaging.

5.00Rich was incredibly knowledgeable and the selected breweries offered a diverse selection to sample. It was a great touch to include an appetizer while enjoying our beer flights. So much fun! I would highly recommend if you have a free evening in Bozeman!
