This tour covers Romania's most important castles: Peles and Bran. On top of this you get to also see the Cantacuzino Castle, the filming place of the Wednesday TV series.
The Peles castle is one of the most impressive castles in Europe. It's a modern compound built in the late 19th century that has and astonishing amount of details and decorations.
The famous Bran Castle initially served as military defense fortification, then as customs point and ultimately as one of the summer residences of the Romanian royal family.
It's a medieval castle with a royal touch, that's also linked to the Dracula legend!
At the Cantacuzino Castle you can see the filming place of the famous Nevermore Academy, from the Wednesday series on Netflix.
Besides touring the castle you also get free time for souvenirs in the bazaar at the footsteps of the landmark.

What To Expect
Peles Castle
You will enter inside the castle and we will tour the ground and the first floor for you. Entry tickets are purchased separately. Guided English or German tour is included.
Cantacuzino Castle
Visit the famous filming place of Wednesday (Netflix series). You will see the Nevermore Academy location and have the chance to snap some photos with your favorite characters.

5.00Vlad is great! Best tour guide we've ever had! We started with Peles castle (palace) and came away knowing the entire history of the Romanian monarchy. Next was a tour of the Bradu Monastery. The history of the place was amazing, as was the old chapel. Then a quick drive by of the Evermore Mansion on our way to Bran castle. The tour through this castle was thorough, going through almost every room. It really brought to life the medieval reality of stopping the advance of the Ittoman empire, as well as the fun fantasy of Dracula. We ended the tour with mangos. This is a fried bread with sour cream, cheese and a strong garlic sauce (to keep vampires away, of course!) that was heaven in my mouth! If you are taking any tour in the Brasov area, Vlad is your man! His English is excellent and his knowledge of Romanian history is Top Notch!

5.00Vlad is an excellent tour guide! He is very knowledgable, friendly and fun. We started off with a full day tour of the three castles and enjoyed it so much that we booked another tour with him for the next day, to visit the bear sanctuary. He is very patient, never made us feel under pressure for time and took lots of photos for us. He is a safe driver, his car was very clean and he provided us with water and umbrellas. He also gave us advice on other things such as a club to go to on Halloween night, even after the tour ended. Overall he is excellent and I couldn’t fault him in any way, I highly recommend him and would love to see him again if I’m ever back in Romania!
