Last minute additional charges

2.0We were asked to pay 95 CAD at the airport. These charges were not mentioned while booking. For the 95 CAD, since we were tourists from the USA and we didnât have CAD, we offered USDs to the pilot and she asked us for $85 which was way off the conversion rate. This was paid in cash and we were not offered receipts for that. Is this a standard process?

5.0The tour was wonderful with great views. The crew is very experienced as the ride was smooth and so was the landing. When comparing the price with the helicopter, the plane was much better priced with a longer flight an same views. Highly recommend.
