Tour guide was very good, knowledgeable, engaging, helpful. Reason we did not give another star is that it was very difficult to find the guide.. Spent 20 minutes looking for her. Would have been helpful had she raised a flag saying Viator or told us she would be eg wearing a red hat or doing something to identify herself.
Great experience, great/knowledgeable guide, and amazing treasures from the past!!

This was a great experience, and my first time visiting this museum. The guide was nice, knowledgeable, and overall friendly. The collections within the museum were amazing, especially if you enjoy history!!

We had Joe, who was an enthusiastic and very knowledgeable guide. He created comparisons to modern day, to depict what it may have been like, or was like, 2,000 to 6,000 years ago.

We were on time, waited 20 minutes where we were supposed to, guide never showed up. Called the number we were given. Went to voice mail. Very disappointed. We bought a guide and went around ourselves.
