1.00We arrived about 9.30 am waited for about 15-20 minutes in Great Russell Street where tickets stated would be met by our guide, no one turned up and after asking security at the British Museum we were redirected to the back of the Museum - Montague Street, where we waited for another 1/2 hour, asking around and tried several times to ring mobile number listed, but disconnected and by this time 10.30 am, where we just went into the Museum on our own to look around for a couple of hours.

1.00Guide did not show at the museum for the tour. When I joined the guide she said she was not scheduled for a tour until the afternoon. I did not get a response back from Viator.

5.00Our guide Paul communicated clearly when and where to meet. It was so easy to get in. He was super knowledgeable and he led us around to see all the top artifacts in the museum before it got too crowded. He gave the perfect amount of context and background. This was the best way to see the museum and I have recommended it to family and friends.

1.00The tour guide never showed up! Arrived early at arranged meeting spot on the stairs and waited 45mins in the rain. Tour guide never showed up and didn't reply to messages/text.
