Our guides have your best interests in mind; while the tour usually includes the sites & stories mentioned and lasts about 2.5 hours, your tour may vary depending on what your guide thinks is best for your group.
No meals are included but your guide will be happy to point you some great food spots :)
Belgian regulations require the use of radio-guides on some occasions; you can use your own, 3.5 mm jack and not wireless, or buy disposable ones for 1€.

Children under 2 years old must travel in a car seat on the bus. Please make sure to bring their appropriate seat
What To Expect
Our bus will leave us in Bargeplein. Here we will have 10 minutes to go to the bathroom. The guide will explain at what time should we be back in the bus
Our first stop will be Minnewater, also known as the "Lake of love". With the beautiful lake on the background our guide will explain the history of Bruges as well as the love story occurred in this lake.

3.00Bruges was lovely and the churches in Ghent were beautiful. The tour could and should have arranged for families to travel together. They should also realize the microphones do not work with a long single file line through Ghent. The guides seemed to be on remote without any enthusiasm for their work.

5.00My wife, 13yo daughter, and I went on this tour in late May. The pickup was smooth and we departed on time. The bus was clean and comfortable. Our guide in Bruges was Blanca. She was passionate about telling us important info about the spots we visited. She was very professional and gave tips on where to buy stuff and things to explore. Our guide in Ghent was Antonio, and he too was very knowledgeable on the history of the places we visited. Both were funny and kept the group on schedule. We only had 1-2 hours of free time in each town, which might not be enough for some tourists. Overall a great tour, except for the hot 30C weather in the afternoon which our family found quite draining (although some tourists seemed to enjoy). If you are ok with spending a just a few hours in each town and seeing the main sites of each place then this tour is highly recommended. We certainly enjoyed this tour.

3.00The trip was long and the only one of the three guides fir Bruges spoke (some broken) English (Oscar) as the group was split up due to the size - fortunately we had him for this part of the tour. In Ghent, the entire group had one guide (CJ), who seemed knowledgeable enough, but was more difficult to understand. The bus was in terrible shape. There was supposed to be bathroom on the coach, but it when asked, we were told to wait until we got to the rest stop. Also, a couple of the seats were broken - such as mine, which was in a constant state of recline, and I don’t think the person behind me appreciated that.. I felt a need to continually apologize)…and the bus driver had trouble maneuvering most of the turns. He hit quite a few curbs but fortunately no other vehicles it people!!

5.00A very well organized day - Bruges is stunning and Ghent is also quite nice to visit. It is a longggg day, so just make sure you're prepared - though it is generally worth it and I thought the balance between the walking tour times and free time in each city was about right. The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable.

3.00This tour is convenient for people visiting Belgium for a short time who want to see two cities in one day. For the Bruges portion, the group was divided into smaller groups of around 20 people or less, each with a different guide, which worked really well considering the overall tour had more than 50 people. Our guide for the small group that it was formed, Oscar, was very friendly and knowledgeable, shared interesting facts throughout the tour, and then gave us around 2 hours of free time to explore on our own. Overall, the Bruges portion was very enjoyable. However, the Ghent portion felt completely different. The tour switched to only one guide for the entire large group, which made everything feel much more disorganized and less engaging. If you have enough time, I would honestly recommend taking the train from Brussels to Bruges first and then continuing to Ghent on your own. Looking back, I think that would have been a much better experience.

4.00Jorge and Julian were both excellent and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed them. It was hard to hear them on the little out-dated radio, because if you were not within 10 feet of them all you heard was a muffled voice, and static. A lot of static. When the wind blows hard like it did today, they might want to cover the microphone with their hand, because all you could hear is the wind blowing over their voice. Just a suggestion. Otherwise, a great day!
