No meals are included but your guide will be happy to point you some great food spots :)
Belgian regulations require the use of radio-guides on some occasions; you can use your own, 3.5 mm jack and not wireless, or buy disposable ones for 1€.

What To Expect
Our bus will leave us in Bargeplein. Here we will have 10 minutes to go to the bathroom. The guide will explain at what time should we be back in the bus
Our first stop will be Minnewater, also known as the "Lake of love". With the beautiful lake on the background our guide will explain the history of Bruges as well as the love story occurred in this lake.

1.00Out of the many tours we have had during our trips, this was by far the worst. TOUR SIZE: the tour was extremely too large and overbooked. We had someone have to get off our tour and leave to join another party. The boarding process was completely disorganized to the point where our guide made it very clear that when people fight over seats, he would not intervene. Moving through crowded cities as such a large group was almost impossible, and Diego would almost make it a mission to take the most indirect routes through crowds. I’m surprised we didn't get lost and left behind. GUIDE: Unfortunately, we had Diego. This guide truly seemed like we were an inconvenience to him, despite having this be his work. His demeanor ruined the experience by far. He was very uncoordinated, especially with the fighting remarks, but also had no spatial awareness. If Diego was good at something, it was how he never failed to stop the group at the most inconvenient spots where we couldn’t see or hear him due to radio static or the constant flow of people in and out of the group. He was also very monotone, and made no effort to engage us with the information. We ended up leaving the group earlier to actually enjoy the trip we paid for. Our excitement turned to disappointment very quickly. DRIVER: We had Zacharias. Noteworthy mention, as he was very impatient. One of the women of our group was walking back to our seat and he started driving, almost making her fall to the ground. And to finish off an already Long day, they said they were dropping us off very close to our starting destination; we were left 30 minutes away from our start point and had to uber back. I wish our family could have redone that day, and I hope others won’t have to experience the same that we had to endure.

5.00Harris (JC), was our tour guide for the whole day and he was amazing! One of the company’s tour guide was sick and so he had to cover our whole group. It was a whole bus I could only imagine how hard it was but he made it work. Overall a great way to see 2 cities in one day! I highly recommend

4.00The guide was good. The tour was good. Places of destination were good. Was given enough time to shop and etc. Only setback was when we were asked to come back on our own in Brugge from the shopping area. It was almost 20mins walk back. Not easy if ur new to Brugge or Belgium.

4.00Bruges and Ghent were remarkable in Dec with cold weather but great Christmas markets and overall feel. Tour bus and Carlos driving were first class. Jorge was guide for our group and a great person. The only encouragement would be to have someone work with the guides and the the guests with the radios. The use of the microphones was not optimal and I think could be greatly improved with a bit of focused attention. Overall a great team and made us all feel welcome.

3.00Cities/sites visited were nice. But it included a lot of walking. Having small group was good. Going back to the bus on your own may be difficult for some. Having ear phones may help.
