5.00Everything was organized and smooth as we arrived our driver was waiting for us and we started our tour and covered up every single landmark in the city. We were group of six person so we didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable.

5.00The Bruges tour and guide were wonderful! The cobblestone streets, beautiful churches, and the Markt square were all highlights. Our guide Mark was very friendly and gave us lots of interesting information. Plus, the local waffles were incredible!

1.00The tour of the city was ok but when tour ended things went bad. The bus driver showed up to take us to the Cruise port but refused to allow us to board the bus. He argued with the tour guide, then left with the bus empty and all of us on the tour stranded. We were forced to find other arrangements to get back to the ship.
