This tour is the perfect well-rounded experience of Bruny Island, highlighting the incredible scenery, wildlife, history and tasty local produce. Our own Managing Director, Craig Parsey, spent some of his childhood at Cape Bruny Lighthouse when his father was the Lighthouse Keeper. Our tours have been designed by Craig, providing a true local insight into Bruny Island.

Due to safety regulations, children under 5 years old cannot climb the Cape Bruny Lighthouse stairs but can walk around the base inside.

What To Expect
SeaLink Bruny Island Ferry
Take the Sealink ferry from Kettering across to Bruny Island. This is a short 10-15 minute ferry ride across the stunning D'Entrecasteaux Channel.
The Neck
Climb the 279 stairs to the Truganini Lookout at The Neck for one of the best views on Bruny Island. Please note: there is a lookout after 53 stairs or a flat boardwalk walk out to the beach for those guests who do not wish to walk up all the stairs.

5.00Amazing day to Bruny Island with Jimmy who kept us informed and entertained the whole trip. Gave us above and beyond service. We saw all the highlights and then some. Feasted on cheeses, oysters, chocolates - didn't need to go out for dinner when we got back, just indulged in our goodies we picked up along the way. Definitely recommend this all inclusive tour 👌. Happy Birthday Jimmy 😁 .

5.00We had the best day with Jimmy from Bruny Island Safaris! Jimmy goes above and beyond to make sure your tour of Bruny Island is fun and informative. There was never a dull moment! We are not usually big fans of bus tours but this tour ticked all our boxes! Highlight of the day was a picnic beachside (incredible views) with massive, fresh pacific oysters, local cheese and fresh baked bread. Book! You won’t be disappointed.

5.00This tour covered a lot of things. Great scenery great wild beaches, wildlife. Saw wild wallabies of at least a couple of species. Parrots, birds and even a seal. Bruny light house view fantastic. And great food. Oysters for breakfast. Good choices for lunch. I had braised lamb. I recommend this tour. Our tour guide Andy was a great driver, pleasant and knowledgeable. Check it out.
