Bruny certainly didn’t disappoint! Despite the cold and at times, showery weather, we had a fabulous small group day out…. Andy was a friendly, relaxed and informative guide, with a keen eye for wildlife- even finding us two albino wallabies ! The lighthouse tour was interesting and the views at our other stops were amazing. Lunch at the pub was delicious, as was all the food we tasted along the way ( honey, chocolate, cheese, oysters & whiskey (optional) ) Highly recommend this easy way to see the highlights of Bruny.

Absolutely one of the highlights of our Tasmania trip. Bruny Island is simply stunning — incredible scenery, amazing local produce and such a relaxed atmosphere from start to finish. The mix of rugged coastline, lighthouse views, local honey, chocolate, whisky and fresh oysters made for an unforgettable day. The visit to was a standout. Standing at the southern point with those sweeping coastal views was something really special. One thing we really appreciated was that Bruny Island Tours were the only company we found that included the exclusive lighthouse tour, full lunch - morning tea and all park entry fees within the tour price — which made the day feel great value and completely stress free. A big thank you as well to Jimmy, who made the entire day easy, enjoyable and relaxed. Nothing was ever too difficult, and his local knowledge and personality added so much to the experience. If you’re visiting Tasmania, put Bruny Island on your list — absolutely worth it.

I joined the Bruny Island day tour and it was honestly the best tour I’ve ever done in Tasmania, and even in Australia. A huge thank you to our amazing guide, Andy. The most memorable moment was when Andy brought us to Two Tree Point beach. The scenery was beautiful, and he thoughtfully shared local cheese and fresh oysters with us right on the beach – it felt so special and unforgettable. During the drive, he even slowed down and took the time to show us wallabies by the road, while explaining lots of interesting facts about the animals and the island. What I appreciate most is that Andy truly seems to love what he does. He was knowledgeable, funny, and very caring, and he created such a relaxed and happy atmosphere for everyone on the bus. Because he was enjoying himself, we all enjoyed the tour even more. I can confidently say this Bruny Island tour is the best tour I have participated in, and Andy is the best tour guide I have ever met. Highly recommended – I would definitely join again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Bruny Island Safaris — easily one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, everything was seamless, well-paced, and thoughtfully put together. Nigel was an exceptional host — knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about Bruny Island. He struck the perfect balance between sharing great insights and giving us time to soak it all in. The oysters were a standout — incredibly fresh and delicious, and such a treat to enjoy them right where they’re sourced. It really added something special to the day. The visit to Cape Bruny Lighthouse was another highlight. The tour was fascinating, with stunning views and plenty of interesting history brought to life in a really engaging way. All up, an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tasmania — we’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed a small group tour to the top of the Bruny Island lighthouse. Magnificent views with a great tour guide that told us about some local history of the area. Small museum on site too.
