What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

1.00If I could give 0 stars I would!! The tour vendor met us at the airport and told us they didn’t have room for any luggage, just for the 3 people we booked. He said we ordered a sedan, but nowhere on my booking did it show that. All I could see was a picture on the booking showing a picture of a van. He told me that it was better to take a taxi and then request a refund, which I did, and then it was denied!! I am not a complainer, and have never given a low review here before, but this is terrible service. I want my refund!!!

1.00Our flight was cancelled, and we had to book another flight. We contacted the Viator agent, Elife Las Vegas, that we needed to change the time of pickup in Brussels. Understandably, they came back and told us that there will be an additional charge of $32 USD for making a change within 24 hours. We had already paid $121.30 USD for this 35 minute transfer. When we arrived in Brussels, we waited 20 minutes for the driver to show up. Then the most disappointing part was that we were picked up by a Cab - not a private car as advertised. This was the first time we booked a transfer with Viator, and we will not be using Viator for this service again.

1.00Driver never showed up. Never even contacted me for my flight information so I reached out to the company with the information. I was left at the airport after paying for their services. I took a taxi which would have been cheaper than using this service. Unfortunately I had pre paid for their service and it has not been refunded.
