Our guide will meet you right in front of the main gate of the City Hall. From there he will guide you around the square to describe and decode the symbols on the different facades : City Hall, King's House, House of the Dukes and many other important houses that hosted important names like Victor Hugo or Karl Marx.
Why this fountain of a peeing boy became so important does not always make sense. While you enjoy a warm waffle, our guide will explain to you all the history beyond this mysterious boy. Despite its disappointing size, you will start to like him and also value our Belgian mentally.

The guide did a great job explaining history of so many areas. We were able to go to a lot of places on our walk. He was a very nice young man and added fun to the day.

The tour was fabulous! Our guide, Rhett, was energetic, funny, and had much to share about the city. He really helped make the tour! We learned some interesting and even quirky details about this wonderful city.

The tour guide (unfortunately forgot his name but he’s from western Australia) was great. Took us to the most important parts of the city and told us all the stories and fun facts.

Lou was an incredible tour guide!! She was so knowledgeable about the history of Brussels and helped contextualize everything we were seeing around us. I particularly loved the learning the symbology of the guild houses in the main square and the differences between a liege and Brussels waffles! She was funny, kind, and made sure to show us lots of “hidden gems” that as tourists we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. I highly recommend this tour!

The tour was chock full of info! Alex was so funny and entertaining, that it made enjoyable instead of flat boring blah blah about houses. Thank you Alex and crew. I would have liked to see more architecture and windmills. We had a lovely time.

This tour was very educational. The guide took us all around the grand place and up to the royal palace area. We had one waffle and one chocolate tasting. So, if you are expecting a lot of food/tastings, you will be disappointed, as it is more a tour than a tasting. But it was great.
