1.00I travelled by easy jet day 3 July from Milan malpensa with ticket including hand beam. The ticket specified the dimensions of the luggage 45x 35x 20, the same measurements that were on their website. Now at the time of the check an attendant contested my baggage saying that it exceeded the appropriate measures and at my complaint asked me to put the baggage in the support that they have at the airport which is not regulated with the measures that are on the site. In fact, it was so narrow that maybe not even a 30x20x15 backpack would fit. In the end I was forced to pay 58 euros x a small bag. I think they do it on purpose to get you to pay the fines there at the airport and you're forced to do it if you want to leave. Then this low cost company is not x nothing and are highly incorrect. Be careful if you don't want to be fooled by these people who x earn make these things. He will never travel with them again
