  Great tour to start getting to know Brussels, gives an opportunity to see some of the key sights, try the most famous specialties and all that with a knowledgeable guide who can give you further recommendations. Highly recommend to have this tour on day 1. And last but not least, our guide Tiago was not just knowledgeable but also very funny!

  Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. We learned a lot. Recommend bringing a water bottle because it is a lot of walking. The chocolate , waffle and beers were excellent and Tim’s explanation of the beers was interesting.

  Such a great tour! Definitely recommend! I was debating this or the one that’s double the price and time and honestly I’m so glad we did this. We saw all the major sites, learned about the city and food culture and got to taste lots of beer, chocolate, and waffles! Tiago was a fantastic guide- very knowledgeable and gave us lots of personalized recs and information!!

  I booked this tour while traveling with my teenage son, and it was an absolute delight for both of us. In addition to tasting great chocolate, fries and beer (my son had a soft drink), we learned a great deal about Brussels' history and architecture. Our guide, Tiago, was extremely knowledgeable and relatable. He also offered a number of very helpful recommendations that we heeded after the tour (suggestions for dining and sightseeing). I highly recommend this tour.

  This was a great tour to get the sights, history, and tastes of the city. Tiago was a fantastic guide! Humorous and educatiobal dialogue. Great recommendations. This is a good way to see the city center and taste some good things too

• Fun Walking Tour in Brussels

  This is a great tour to see some of the history and sights in Brussels. Tiago was our Tour Guide and he did an outstanding job. He was informative, sharing the history of Brussels and at times humorous talking about the lighter side of Brussels. We had a group of 9 (all Americans), so it was an easy tour conducted in one language. This is a “Walking Tour”, but it is not difficult. The streets were fairly flat and the pace was adjusted for our group. Learning about the history of the Chocolate Companies, the first indoor shopping mall, the Waffles, French Fries and of course the beer! We had already had Waffles earlier in our stay in Brussels but my wife and I each got a Waffle and a French Fry and shared them. The fries were so crisp and as one in our group said, “the way McDonald’s Fry’s used to be”! The Chocolates, each of us received a sampler bag of 8 different chocolates. We toured the Grand Place Square and Tiago covered the history of the buildings. It is amazing that a few of the buildings date to the 1500’s. I found it interesting that Karl Marx and Engels wrote the Communist Manifesto right there in an apartment in Grand Place Square. The tour ended in a bar where each of us received a “Flight”, of 4 different beers. Tiago enjoyed educating us on the history of all 4 beers, the flavors we would enjoy with each and the history of the Monks who originally brewed some of these beers. This is a “FUN” tour and should you take it, you would be lucky to have Tiago as your Tour Guide.

  It was great tour. We really enjoyed our tour guide he was very knowledgeable and personable. The tour ended up at a beer tasting at a very nice bar. I would recommend both the guide and the tour.
