1.00Our guide N. was very friendly; however, she didn’t appear to be very familiar with the city’s history. She also had to check the route on Google Maps several times and relied on reading from her notes. We expected a professional guide who is familiar with the city’s history and the architectural details of its most famous buildings, not someone who has only lived there for a few years—especially since the website also offered a ‘tour guided by a local’ for €3, compared to €35 per person (which is the amount we paid) on the platform.

5.00The fee is affordable. The walk is long enough (2 hours) for me to see all famous destinations, without being too tired. It’s a warm cosy experience, the staffs are friendly and welcoming. The size of the group is normally small. It was not a rainy day so we enjoyed walking together. The atmosphere is harmonized. The best part is the staff listening to customers and willing to answer questions and debate about it. It makes the experience active.

5.00Great tour to see the whole city! Our guide Tom was very informative, friendly, and we had a great time! I definitely recommend booking to get a deeper look into the city and things you would normally just pass by. The team made it simple to find our guide Tom amongst all the other large tours which normally can be the most stressful part. You will not be disappointed, book it!

5.00I had the tour with Tom, who took us around the city centre, we started and finished up in Grande Place, which was really helpful to get my bearings. I have been to Brussels several times before, but I learned so much on this tour. Tom added lots of little anecdotes about the corners of the city hidden in plain sight - you could really see the passion and it added a lot of excitement for me. It was also fascinating to get a local’s perspective of the city, Tom showed us interesting third spaces in the centre, gave personal anecdotes that really builds a connection between you and the city. I didn’t expect to see Brussels in such a new light, bravo Tom!!

1.00I am giving this tour one star only because the guide was pleasant; otherwise, it felt like a waste of money. During our visit, we also booked a full-day bus trip to Bruges and Ghent from Brussels for only €10 more per person, which offered far greater value. This walking tour consisted mainly of the guide pointing out buildings and landmarks, with little historical depth, storytelling, or any meaningful “local insider” perspective. We could have easily replicated the experience on our own using Google or ChatGPT to plan a walking route. Overall, the tour was underwhelming—save your money for a more engaging experience or souvenirs instead.
