The leader had a wealth of knowledge and was very engaging. I was however disappointed with the actual telescope viewing of the stars. There was no wow moment. Seeing the craters on the moon surface was the only thing I really enjoyed out of the viewing experience. Could also get better chairs that recline to improve the direct visual experience.

Great time! The guides were super friendly. We loved hearing the history of the different heavenly bodies. Dress warm! Even in the summer it gets cool at night.

We were picked up right on time from our hotel. The drive took maybe 5 minutes. We watched a video before moving outside. Temps during the day were near 90. When the sun went down, they dropped significantly. We dressed in layers and it was still cold. They did provide, chairs, blankets and hot beverages. A reclining chair would have been helpful so you didn't get neck strain looking up. The speaker system was not adequate. They need to invest in a better microphone or speakers so everyone could be heard. We appreciated the red lighting. However, maybe mounting red lights along the ground would have provided better directions to the telescopes. They also needed more lighting near the beverage station. We did make a group photo which was sent to us that evening/following morning. I had made payment for 8 people to attend. More than 24 hours in advance i contacted the company to let them know we were only a group of 6. I have not heard back from the Stargazing company OR Viator about a refund for 2 of the tickets. This is very unusual. I have used Viator for over 10 years and have always had prompt responses from them. I recommend them regularly. A little disappointed that I didn't get a refund for the 2 tickets we didn't use.

This hour and a half tour was filled with amazing views through powerful telescopes, space facts shared by knowledgeable staff, and hot chocolate and blankets to make the night cozier. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bruce Canyon area!

The Star Gazing tour was very good. Even though the groups were larger than expected, they accommodated everyone easily to view through the telescopes. The guides seemed knowledgeable and passionate about the dark sky experience. We appreciated the hotel pick up and drop off service. The tour was approximately 90 minutes in length and the time passed very quickly. Would recommend this experience.

The guides were very knowledgeable. We had a large group of varying ages. One of the guides was kind enough to help a member of our group find a star named for a family member. It was a great experience!

The stars were beautiful. The guides were very knowledgeable about their subject. Unfortunately we were not in the park and that wasn’t stipulated in the ad. Also, there was ambient light from traffic and street lights so it wasn’t a total night sky. We did enjoy the blankets and hot drinks while we were there.
