We had a fantastic experience visiting Bryce Canyon thanks to Joel and Carlos. Joel, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the park. He shared fascinating insights about the geology and history, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure everyone had enough time to enjoy each viewpoint without feeling rushed. His friendly and engaging approach truly enhanced the experience. Carlos, our driver, was equally excellent. His driving was smooth, safe, and very professional throughout the trip. The bus was clean and comfortable, making the journey relaxing from start to finish. His calm driving and attention to comfort made a big difference. Highly recommend this tour—great guide, great driver, and a wonderful overall experience.

The trip was wonderful and we took a lot of pictures. Also Gia (our guide) was very involved, she gave us a lot of useful information, and raised our morale during the trip

Fabulous experience on this tour! Our tour guide was Paulie and he was exceptionally knowledgable and friendly. As well as seeing so many beautiful sights, I also learned so much information! I would have liked to have more time in Zion but that was no one’s fault just the time of year I went. It was a very early wake up and a long day but a wonderful time! Our tour was full but never felt overcrowded and never rushed.

This was a jam-packed day with a 5:00am start and 7:00pm return but totally worth it! We saw such beautiful scenery at Zion and the hidden gem, Bryce Canyon. There was a lot of miles to cover but the scenery along the way made time fly by as well as the commentary of our excellent guide, Aloe! You can tell she genuinely loves her job, does research, and gives many helpful suggestions. She volunteers to take your pictures at scenic points and is a terrific photographer. Our driver, Cheng, was excellent and you knew you were in good hands. I would totally recommend this tour!

Spent a lot of time at Bryce Canyon, which was great awesome place but only did a drive-through at Zion, which was gorgeous, but I wish I we could’ve had some more time there and seeing other attractions

Paulie was an incredible tour guide + driver. He was exceptional in that he clearly had deep knowledge about so many different of the trip. Additionally, one thing that set him apart is that he had such a great sense of time and concerns that his clients had, that it was really calming. He continuously gave time updates and addressed people's needs really proactively and set the tone for a very efficient trip. He also set the stage for returns to this area. Pick up was super efficient. Recommend that you get there early because there are so many crowds. We had stops at both snack shops and gift shops that were cheaper than on the Strip so no need to go hunting for refreshments beforehand like I did. The bus has an emergency bathroom, but there were enough stops that it was not really a concern for anyone. The stop in Zion is very very brief with only enough time to hop out and take a few pictures, but it is still very pretty and it's such a crowded park, there's not much you would be able to do without many more hours. Bryce Canyon is a long enough stop to do a brief hike, and generally the views cannot be beat. This trip was a great value, considering how much driving and effort the guide puts in to getting us to see so much, and communication from the operator was great. Only caveat is that lunch is a little bit lackluster, but you can purchase your own snacks at the snack shops to take care of that.
