We had the best tour experience. Ita was so informational and was very good driver. Always worried about our safety and knew all the rocks and where the rams were. We would do this tour again. We had a long ride but was well worth it. Even got Jimmy John's for lunch. He had water for us. Thank you it for all your help on this trip. We had the best weather and he even took some fun pics of us on the rock formation.

The company that runs the show shows no empathy when there becomes an issue. Their bus broke down and we were stranded on the side of the road until the sheriffs showed up and we were left little information on what they were going to do for us moving forward. When I called about it the lady was very rude and practically wanted to hang up on me. We were supposed to get back to Vegas around 7 but didn’t until 12. Never once did we receive an apology. I understand things happen but the way they handled it was completely unprofessional.

The tour of both Bryce and Zion was a beautiful but what made the experience so great was the knowledge of our tour guide Pauline. He shared his knowledge the entire route which was 3 to 4 hours. I would highly recommended this tour and hope that you get Pauline as a guide.

We did a day trip to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park (no lunch option), and it was such a great experience! Pickup was bright and early at 4:50 a.m. at the Horseshoe Casino—right on time. Paul picked us up and took us to Treasure Island to transfer to our shuttle, where we met our tour guide, Paulie. First impressions? Super punctual, super organized, and amazing communication from start to finish. Paulie was awesome—he really knows his stuff. History, fun facts, travel tips… you name it. Plus, he’s a great storyteller and a safe driver, which is always a win. We stayed right on schedule all day, with plenty of restroom breaks along the way. We arrived at Bryce Canyon around noon and had plenty of time to walk around, take photos, explore, snack, and just soak it all in. After that, we headed to Zion National Park with a few scenic photo stops in between. And let me tell you—the Zion tunnel is WILD. You’re literally driving through a mountain! Thinking about all the manpower and dynamite it took to build it is mind-blowing. At the Zion visitor center, we even had time to hike to a waterfall, and on the way we spotted a bunch of deer just casually grazing. Such a cool moment. Overall, this tour was fantastic and I’d 100% recommend it. I skipped the lunch option because I have a big appetite and knew a sandwich wouldn’t cut it for such a long day—bringing my own food worked perfectly. Pro tips: dress appropriately for the weather (it can get COLD up there), stay hydrated, use the restroom whenever you get the chance, and don’t be late or the person who holds your group behind. Trust me—it’s worth it!

What an amazing outing, my second trip with this company. First was Grand Cayon which was incredible!! This trip to Bryce/Zion was also exceptional. Our driver and guide Marc Cello (not sure of spelling) was fantastic! First and foremost he was an excellent and safe driver! Very informative and knowledgeable about the area and the parks. Both parks are incredibly beautiful and a must see! Highest recommendation!! Thanks Marc and team!! I’ll be back for another!!
