No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the vehicle during the tour. NPE tour staff reserves the rights to refuse guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.
Please limit luggage to one (up to the size of a backpack) per guest.

3.00The vehicle used did not have operating A/C to keep minibus cool. Was to have WiFi, don’t have it. Was supposed to be tour bus, it wasn’t, no bathroom. Bus was bumpy on roads. Driver John was excellent and dealt with the issues well. Driver John did nit have microphone to speak during tour. He had to stop and explain what was going on

5.00It’s a wonderful excursion to explore the beauty of nature. Itah, our driver & tour guide , gave such a wealth of info., very accommodating , knowledgeable . He even gave us tips & hints on taking pictures, navigating our iPhone, very concern about safety of all of us, giving us the do’s & don’t while on the ground. We had a great time! ( not so great ride - not enough leg room & seat control , not so user friendly but was a nice Benz Sprinter).

5.00We were given lots of information and helpful tips on navigating the parks if we should return for a longer stay. Both our guide and driver were exceptional. Lunch was as adequate and tasty. Fee was reasonable for the length of time we were given, especially considering the price of gas right now.

5.00The overall experience was great. The tour guide (John) and the driver (Sapphire) were wonderful. Sapphire even gave me glass cleaning wipes when I was freaking out about my glasses being so smudged. My only complaint is that the bus showed up 20 minutes late, with no apology or even an acknowledgement of their tardiness. When I said something about their tardiness to the company (not the driver or the tour guide, but the actual company), I didn’t even get a response. Great trip, but I would’ve liked better time management, or some accountability at a bare minimum.

5.00We had the most incredible day exploring Bryce Canyon and Zion, and it was all thanks to our amazing guide, John! From start to finish, he made the experience unforgettable. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable about the parks, history, and hidden gems, but he also delivered everything with humor and genuine kindness that made the whole group feel welcome and engaged. John kept us entertained on the drive, answered every question with ease, and made sure we got the absolute most out of every stop. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it shows in every detail of the tour. If you’re thinking about doing a day trip to Bryce and Zion, I can’t recommend this experience enough—especially if you get John as your guide. It made an already breathtaking place even more special!
