  Hired the boat for a private tour at night and all thoroughly enjoyed it. Whilst waiting at the pier for the boat to arrive there was a guy with a radio being advised when it was on its way and it was on time. We were a group of 6 but there was a massive group also waiting for their larger boat. We had to get on their boat and walk through to our smaller one. It might have been better if we could have got on first, the guy knew we were going for the smaller one but of course this big crowd didn't realise so it was a bit chaotic for a few minutes with people pushing and shoving to get on the gangway. Two chaps took us out and it was brilliant. Really stunning seeing all the buildings lit up and definitely worth the private trip for an hour which I would say was just the right amount of time. As a cold night the door was closed but the guy opened it when you wanted to allow great photo opportunities without the windows from the inside spoiling your shots. Personally I'd go for this private tour every time you have so much room to freely move around and nobody in your way for viewing and photographs. Something I would definitely recommend and do again.

  Unsociable boat, staff nice but don't tell anything else on board about the sights along the way. There are all these crates on board but nothing can be ordered. All in all with dismal experience.....

  Was really good had the boat out to ourselves. Served a soft drinks and alcohol. Managed to get the photos we wanted :)

  On arrival, a glass of champagne or lemonade is offered as desired. The boat is comfortable. The boat ride is a bit long compared to what there is to see, but allows you to discover the city from another angle.

  Absolutely horrible! I don’t like to give bad reviewes, but things had to be done at this point! There was literally nothing good about this service, so let me be specific. First, we booked the whole boat (MS KLARA) as a group of friends but they miscounted the people on board and declined further people to join us even through there were less people than the boat’s limit. The bartender’s behaviour were rude and absolutely unprofessional. They didn’t have any cold drinks or even ice at all, so they serviced hot vodka and they ran out of soda water after 5 minutes. It was a joke, I don’t even understand how they are in business at all...We asked for decorations with ballons (extra fees), but there were none! I can’t say a single good thing about this boat trip, so I will just hope that this review will help others choose a better experience...

  I have given this 1 star purely because the boat we went on was completely different to the one in the picture! It is not the one advertised at all! Completely different and not what we expected! When you are paying this much, you expect to have what you see. The boat we did get was less glamorous and looked older, however on the upside, the crew were lovely and it was a lot bigger in size...massive in fact considering we did not expect it. There is a fitted bar inside with chairs and tables and could comfortably fit 20 people on there, if not more! Going forward, I wouldn't use viator again as you don't know what you might end up with!
