Great experience. Relaxing in the thermal baths and swimming. Lots of options and baths to use but the open air pools are best.

Had a lovely time at the Spa after a bit of confusion about which entrance to use. If you're buying a normal ticket go round to the left of the building as you arrive from Heroes Square as the entrance near the centre of the building is for private spas etc. It's a bit confusing at first but arrive early before the queues build up, bring your own costumes and towels, relax and enjoy!

I was told by many people I could rent a towel but when i got there they said i had to buy one for 12,000 ft… felt like a scam. not worth it but it was pretty.

We turned up at spa as directed but I had mistakenly booked for previous day, the ladies on reception were so lovely and arranged for us to still go in. The whole experience was fabulous, staff very helpful, very clean. Baths were 29 degrees and air temperature 5degrees. Amazing 😍A must do when visiting Budapest 👍

My husband and I really enjoyed the thermal spa. It was a different experience, surrounds were beautiful! The water temperature was perfect, and the facility was very organized and clean.

Cool experience in Budapest! We enjoyed the outdoors baths which were incredibly warm despite it being mid-December. It can be quite crowded but you find space without feeling overcrowded. Overall, well organized and clean. Definitely recommend!

There are lots of steps to get in. And instructions are vague. Bring your flip flops and towel. If you don’t you have to buy them there. The pools are fabulous and we had a great time.

They didn't want to honor the viator with cabinet and said only a locker even though it said on voucher cabinet. After 15 minutes of much discussion, they finally gave us our cabinets as we paid for
