What To Expect

Starting with the canopy zip lines, you will enjoy the life of the forest from the top of the trees - with an amazing view: 10 cables, 10 platforms, 3 trails, 1 hanging bridge, 1 Tarzan swing . The canopy is a network of cables, towers and suspended platforms through the treetops of the cloud forest. the guides will gird you with top safety harness and the best climbing gear available. After a short safety briefing, you will walk to the starting point, glide and enjoy the view of the hidden cloud forest valley. Two hanging bridges, three short jungle trails and ten cables for a total of a 1045m connecting to giant trees platforms will lead you through the tree top view on a cloud forest, giving you the opportunity to witness the complexity and the harmony of the jungle bio diversity. Birds, monkeys, sloths and other small jungle animals might be your companions. The thrill of the “Tarzan Swing” will accomplish this experience After lunch you will take the leap of a lifetime on this bungee-jump tour above La Balsa river. Feel the adrenaline rush as you plummet 150 meters from a trestle bridge .all are by the watch eyes of certified Jump Master

A complete rush! Located in San Luis, the adventure is about two hours from San Jose (like most things). One other solo passenger was picked up at another property, and we made our way. I’ll include a review of each portion and the additional cost I paid for extras. BUNGEE JUMP: I bungee jumped first, while the other guest went to the hanging bridges. Despite being very nervous, the staff at the bungee jump were thorough. I signed a waiver, opted in for the GoPro wrist camera ($30), and was fitted into the harness. As I climbed the stairs, I was very nervous and nearly backed out. Funny enough, the least helpful thing to say to a person perched a few hundred feet above a river and trees is to “Relax.” HA! I successfully made the jump, enjoyed the thrill, and clipped on the pulley rope. Overall, I’m glad I did it, but probably wouldn’t again. I think I’ll try skydiving next! ZIP LINE: We made our way to the nearby Lands of Love Hotel, which coordinated the zip line (and other) tours. First, we enjoyed lunch at the hotel and received a briefing for the canopy tour. I opted to have the photographer join and document my afternoon (+$45). There were seven zip lines, plus the Tarzan swing, included in the canopy tour. I felt much more at ease while zip-lining. The three-man crew was fantastic. You could tell that each of them loved getting to share Costa Rica with visitors! SUPERMAN CABLE: While separate, the Superman cable was the third activity and included in my original booking, so this was not an additional charge. This final activity required a different safety harness, which was more like a dress or apron and hooked at the back and the back of your lower legs. After a bit of a climb, you do a regular seated zip line across, then climb a bit more to the platform for the Superman, which you enjoy belly and face-down for one final, LONG ride over the canopy.

our driver was super helpful!! the bungee jump was awesome, although the employees were a tad on the serious side. everyone at the ziplining place was amazing and to finish off the day lunch was amazing!!

The lands in love resort and the excursions were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I COULDNT HAVE IMAGINED A BETTER TRIP. The ziplining was WELL DONE and LONGG. I’ve been ziplining in Mexico and other places before but this was the longest and highest zip lining course I have ever been on. We definitely got our moneys worth. We also loved staying at the lands in love resort! The foood was so good (you seriously cannot go wrong) , the dogs were so adorable and affectionate and the staff were always so helpful and attentive. I would absolutely book again and again and again

AHH what a fun fun time! We stayed at Lands in Love hotel and had our tours done through canopy san lorenzo. the guides were so helpful and knowledgeable, they really made the whole experience so fun. the safety was high priority and we never once felt anything was less than 100% safe. please try the tarzan swing, you will be so afraid at first HAHA but so worth it!

We run a canopy tour with two adventure cables, including the Superman. It was a pretty gossipy experience, the super professional guides, attend with too much empathy and kindness, the photographer was spectacular in the images she took, it is a tour highly recommended to make with family and friends!
Excellent opportunity to quit routine and raise adrenaline.. excellent staff.
