予約が完了するとすぐに確認メール（VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER）が届きますが、「At the Top - Burj Khalifa」のチケットカウンターで引き換えることはできません。
ツアーオペレーター（オデッセイDMC）から別の確認PDFバウチャーが、予約完了後にメールまたはWhats Appメッセンジャーで送信されます。
ツアーオペレーター（オデッセイDMC）から受け取ったPDFバウチャーまたは7桁の注文番号（携帯電話で構いません）のみを保持し、ブルジュ・ハリファ入口/チケットカウンターで有効な写真付き身分証明書と共にスタッフに提示し、スタッフが物理的なチケットをスキャンして受け取るようにしてください。
このオプションを選択した場合、観光シーズンのピーク時、週末、祝日にはチケット カウンター/エレベーターで待ち時間が発生することにご注意ください。
遅延を避けるため、訪問予定時刻の10分前に引き換え場所にお越しください。

4.00The views were beautiful, no fog. Just know even if you book this for 8:30 am, there are no tours till 10. I was there for a short while and did not get to tour more. Had to rush to the airport.

4.00The experience is pretty nice. Get to know the world's tallest building from a real impact. The elevator over so silently and ripples what you do not feel. The 360-degree view on the 125th floor is spectacular

5.00I bought the premium ticket before leaving the Burj Khalifa website. The service skips the line and super recommended. We made it to the 148th floor terrace. The view was spectacular, despite a little haze. The bar service was something that cannot be described in words, but only tried and experienced. I recommend buying at least one photo with the photo shoot. The box set is truly exceptional.

1.00I set up a Burj Khalifa top tour for 7pm through Viator, I never received my ticket. I had to contact the actual vendor only to find out tours stop at 6pm. Messed up the last day of my trip, update you website with valid tour times

2.00Extremely long waiting lines to go up and also to get down. Waited almost 2 hours. As we were traveling with kids and elderly, it is not comfortable for them as there is nowhere to sit and rest legs while waiting that long.
Skip the line tickets are a God send and this place is beautiful

5.00Plan to do this, the views are incredible and allow them to take your picture at the entrance, the end result is great. That picture is our favorite souvenir. Also buy your skip the line ticket! you will be so very grateful you did. We avoided having to be in a large room crammed with people trying to get in, while we walked peacefully by without a wait. Time is everything when there are many things to see on vacation, so avoid the stress

1.00Due to the conflict in the Middle East we were unable to travel via Dubai. I contacted the company to ask about a potential refund as travel was outwith our control. They responded initially but then when I had sent them proof of travel documentation and chased them up there has been no response. Very disappointed in their customer service

1.00Do Not Visit – Visited the **Burj Khalifa “At the Top” observation deck and was extremely disappointed. The place is overcrowded, with long wait times—my wait was 6 hours! I landed at the top around 7:30, and it was just as crowded on the way back down. There’s barely any space to take photos, and the photo package costs double the ticket price. Overall, not worth the money or the time.Waste of Money
