Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.

Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

Your journey begins when you step into the 'At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge', from where you will be personally escorted to a dedicated elevator. SKY is the newest attraction to open in the Burj Khalifa on floors 125 and 148. This makes SKY the world’s highest observation deck. The new public observation deck stands at a height of 555 meters.

I am a disabled U.S. Army veteran who cannot stand for long periods, and this was one of the most disappointing tour experiences I’ve ever had. After an earlier issue on November 6th, when I accidentally booked five tickets for Floor 148 ($580) for the wrong date, I reached out for assistance to reschedule for November 11th, since we didn’t even arrive in the country until November 7th. Unfortunately, Orient Tours refused to help or make any accommodations. I purchased a new set of tickets for five that included transportation, but the service was again poor. The driver was late, and I had to contact the company myself because I never received driver information. When the vehicle finally arrived, I had already been waiting over an hour and a half, standing far longer than my medical condition allows. By the end of the tour, I was in severe pain and had to take a taxi back at my own expense because I could no longer continue. The entire experience left me exhausted and unable to participate in the rest of my planned activities during my trip. This company showed no compassion, no communication, and no consideration for someone with a documented disability. I would not recommend Orient Tours to anyone, especially travelers who expect professionalism or accessibility support. Buy your tickets directly from Top of the World Burj Khalifa and Uber it will save yourself energy time and money

Allow plenty of time to get to the Burj check in desk. It is well signposted, on the Ground Floor, but is a good 10 min walk from the entrance to the Dubai Mall. I paid to upgrade to from access to the 125th floor to access to the 148th floor. This enables you to bypass the normal folk queues, get priority access to the lift, and includes light refreshments when you get to the 148th, which is a lovely tasteful lounge, much quieter and more civilised than the 125th. Views were stunning, a once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend!
$106.00 for two people ??? For 10 min experience on the TOP??!

We bought Premium Access tickets for the Burj Khalifa through Viator, but no one there could clearly explain where to go or how it works. Nobody seemed to know anything about . 🤔 We were sent to the regular line, where there were more than a thousand people. It was extremely crowded, hot, and there was no air. Nobody knew which door or line to go to — it was complete confusion. People were pushing and trying to get ahead of each other. It was very disorganized.

One has to stand in the line for over two hours for tickets bought online, they have to be scanned before they give issue the actual tickets. Then it takes another 30 minutes before one gets on to the elevator to reach the floor the ticket had been issued for. Whether it is worth the valuable time and money spent is debatable. In our case it was not.

Total waste of money. Booked for the sunset and paid a whole lot more to experience the sunset and skip the line option. When we finally got to the top the sun was already set and the view was nothing special. We booked the 4 pm time slot and sunset was at 5:30.and yes we were in line at 4. The photo offered for purchase was way overpriced ($100 USD each)

After a lot of difficulty finding the entrance that is done through the mall (we were on foot and there are no clear signs), we had a long queue. You have to take your pain patiently! The climb is fast, a little compressed in the elevator. But the view is superb!!! You must also enjoy the shows of the fountains...
