  Very good service, the bus arrive at my hostel in Hanoi in the morning and tje travel was very relaxing! Thw driver was also very nice :) thank you!

  The bus operator waited 10 minutes beyond the scheduled departure time for us to make it there, and the company coordinated over Whatsapp with our Grab driver (who only spoke Vietnamese) to get us straight to the optimal pickup location. They also dropped us off at the ideal spot to be picked up by our homestay on Cat Ba island. We are so thankful for the wonderful and considerate people at this company who went out of their way to ensure our trip went smoothly. For future travelers, be sure to meet the bus at the Hanoi office and not wait for them at the Hanoi airport - the Viator ticket was a bit confusing and I should have read it more carefully.

  Easy, cheap, and efficient. I always love the fact that GoodMorningCatba always honours and treats kindly no matter who you are and I truly appreciate that level of service.

  Overall a very good experience, they were really organized and nice. My place I was staying at was outside of Old Town and I received a timely WhatsApp telling me they could not pick me up (I did not expect them to). The only thing is the bus does have bugs. I saw two cockroaches on the floor, something on someone's trash on the floor (this guy put his food waste down on the floor), and bugs crawling on some of the seams of the bus. So... if bugs make you squeamish, it may not be the right way for you to get to Cat Ba.

  Can’t complain at all about the journey. The only thing is it says 7.30am but you don’t really leave until 8/8.15am
