5.00Happy repeat customers! This is the second time we are working with Korea Joy Tour as we like the fuss free planning. (Our first time using them was in Jeju last year.) Prior to our trip, we shared a list of places that interested us: we were going for a good mix of relaxing scenic landscapes and shopping. Joy Tour helped to make sense of it and recommended where to go and when. Mr Jun and Mr Bae were the drivers. Mr Jun’s good English was super helpful even as we struggled to order food when we were supposed to be on our own. Mr Bae was good around the kids, making sure they really enjoyed themselves yet kept safe while walking along roads. Our family made some last minute changes to our itinerary and am grateful that Joy Tour was able to accommodate. Thank you Joy Tour for yet another good holiday!

5.00I’d like to give a thumbs up to Korea Joy Tour. They were very quick and helpful in responding to my questions via WhatsApp , which made the planning smooth and easy. Our driver, Mr. Juno, was friendly and shared some interesting history and facts about Busan along the way. He was also very accommodating and flexible with our timing, especially since we were traveling with three kids and two elderly family members.. Thanks to Mr. Juno and the Korea Joy team for an enjoyable and memorable day tour in Busan!

5.00We had a great experience traveling with Korea joy tour. First, it’s easy to book the private charter, very responsive and fast reply. Second, the private charter is comfortable and new. Mr Kevin our driver is very nice and friendly, he’s very knowledgeable as well. He shared some of the interesting stories about the history and culture of this beautiful city. Overall, it’s a very pleasant and enjoyable trip. We had a great time. Recommended for those traveling with young children and elderly.

5.00Jun was one of the best guides we have ever had. We had a full day of Busan. Jun took us to 7 places that we wanted to see but we never felt rushed and he helped us get any tickets that were needed. We all came away feeling like this tour of Busan was a highlight of our trip.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our tour in Busan! It was great getting a customized tour and being able to focus on the sites we were interested in. Our tour guide Jun was wonderful and responsive to the amount of time we wanted to stay at each place we visited. We originally thought of taking transportation and making our own plans but having a customized tour was so much better as it took a big weight off of us and allowed us just to enjoy. Jun was also a wonderful photographer for us!

5.00We had a wonderful time in Busan thanks to Jun and Korea Joy Tour! Good communications before booking up to the drop off to the cruise port. So glad we booked this tour that was of high value with much less cost than cruise excursions. Jun did not just drove us to different places but was also our translator, guide and photographer. He was kind and easy to get along with. Our group with two grandparents, two parents, and two kids enjoyed our tour of Haegong Yonggusa Temple, Oryukdo Skywalk, Gamcheong Culture Village, Jagalchi Fish Market and Busan International Film Festival Square. The Staria minivan was cool and comfortable for six tourists. Jun also provided cold water a lifesaver since our water ran out). We loved the freshly cooked seafood from Jagalchi Fish Market. Korean food in Korea is best (no comparison to Korean food in US). We don’t have time to enjoy Songcho beach but Jun drove us there to see the views. Best time in Busan! We will be back and will book with Korea Joy Tour again!!!!
