Mr Kim our guide come driver was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He was like a true friend. One of the best guides my wife and I have had in all our travels around the world. 5.00This is a great tour of Busan! There are so many things to do in this great city! Irene was so helpful and communicative and made sure everything was set up for the day of our tour. Mia was a great tour guide taking us everywhere and took us to a cool coffee roaster that we would have never found and even stayed a little later so we could do the Haeundae sky capsule! Great tour! A must do!

5.00Irene was very good and so was the driver Mr. Ma. I do suggest that Irene communicated better in English as it’s difficult to understand sometimes. They went out of their way to add every sto we requested so we are very appreciative of that.

5.00I booked this tour on the internet so, of course I was nervous. We were 6 people. Two grandparents, two parents and two grandkids. We actually ended up only four because the 12 year old got sick and his mom stayed back with him. Before the tour I corresponded with Irene (the owner) several times on what’s app and she responded almost immediately with direct answers. Good! She said Mimi would be our tour guide and that her English was good. It was and Mimi was a delight. She watched over us like a hawk. When she knew the answer to a question she answered it That was most of the time. When she didn’t, she checked Google. She was pleasant, happy and great to be with. The driver was safe, competent and pleasant although she didn’t say a word in English. They picked us up on time and returned us on time in a spotless van. Irene suggested the stops to fit a one day trip off our cruise ship. Good choices. The price was in line and actually I think we got more for our money than we would have gotten from the competing tour companies I checked. All told, a winner. We solidly recommend this company. PS .. I’m not related to Irene… I’m just a plain tourist like the rest of you who are reading this.

Our guide Anne was informative, engaging, enthusiastic and took care to make sure that all of our questions and requests were addressed. Her English was excellent and she used a microphone system to ensure she was well heard. She took several great pictures of our group for us. The tour was on time and exactly as advertised. Our booking agent Irene was also so helpful and kept in contact before and after our trip to ensure everything went perfectly! We would HIGHLY recommend their services!
