What To Expect
Songdo Skywalk
The sky walk has drawn attention as the first of its kind in Korea, and for its long, curving trail. To date, the first section of the walk has been installed and measures 104 m, stretching around Geobukseom Island. When completed next February, the Songdo Sky Walk will set a new record as the longest ocean walk in Korea at 296 m in length and 2.3 m in width. The sky walk will also have a viewing platform stretching out into the water to give visitors a spectacular view of the coastline. Transparent tempered glass was also used in sections of the flooring for the walk, allowing for clear views of the waters below and giving people the true sensation of walking on water. It is positioned 5.5~8 m above sea level making it far closer to the sea than the Oryukdo Sky Walk, which is positioned 37 m above the shore, along a seashore cliff. Everyone will be able to enjoy the thrilling and exciting experience of watching blue waves under their feet.
Busan Gamcheon Culture Village
Gamcheon Culture Villiage is formed by houses built in staircase-fashion on the foothills of a coastal mountain, earning this village the nickname of "Machu Picchu of Busan." The many alleys cutting through this community are vibrantly decorated with murals and sculptures created by the residents.

5.00Steve was an awesome tour guide. He explained alot about each stop and gave us history. He is English is very good, which made it easy to understand and communicate. He is also a very safe driver. I appreciated that worked in time for us to ride the gondola at the skywalk. But what I appreciated most of all is that my granddaughter had accidently left her backpack in the van. When I called him he answered right away. Even though he had another to tour start soon, he turned around and brought it right back to us! I highly recommend this tour. It hits all the best highlights of Busan.

Walking through the narrow alleys, I was captivated by the vibrant murals and unique sculptures that adorned the houses. Each corner of the village tells a story, and I enjoyed discovering the local artists' work. It felt like stepping into an open-air gallery. I also had the chance to try some delicious local food at the charming cafes, which added to the overall experience. The sense of community was palpable, and I appreciated the effort to preserve the village's history and culture. I highly recommend visiting Gamcheon Culture Village for anyone looking to explore the artistic side of Busan. It's a perfect spot for photography, relaxation, and soaking in the local culture! I'm planning to visit Gamcheon Culture Village from October 25 to 27, 2024, when they will be hosting an exhibition on the village's history, a photo exhibition, and various cultural events and booths. I'm really looking forward to experiencing the beautiful Gamcheon Culture Village!

5.00I got to see all the Highlights (Gamcheon Culture Village, the fish market, the international market, the observatory, the sky walk, and the temple) in one day. Steve was my tour guide; he was knowledgeable and professional and easy to talk to. Great price for a full day with lots of shopping time built in.

1.00Smelly van with AC not working well. Tour guide not enthusiastic and disengaged. I didn't learn anything about the historical sites. This tour is not worth the price. I would skip it.
