Bushwick Collective Street Art
Fans of street art (graphic arts who express themselves in the street), rejoice, Bushwick has become the field of choice for the best graffiti artists in the world, it is a real open-air museum! And this is even more true since the site of 5 Pointz (former outdoor art space located at Hunters Point) was razed. And if you do not know street art well or have a bad image of it, you are given the opportunity to better understand this mode of expression born in the 1970s (in New York precisely!), An art that has never ceased '' evolve to the point of being considered today as equal with the work of the most recognized plastic artists. Besides, the name of Banksy, one of the most emblematic graffiti artists, may not be foreign to you ...
Williamsburg
And what about Williamsburg, this district where hipsters take the time more than ever to live and launch new fashions in spite of themselves… Vintage shops, trendy coffee shops, organic artisans… Williamsburg is an invitation to slow down, to take your time , and rediscover the taste for simple and natural things.

We had Marie in guide for about 3 hours, in the rain, with cold. Marie sweats her love for NYC, caring, warm for explanations, etc. A pleasure to understand the anecdotes of the neighborhood, NYC. A big thank you to Elle

Great time with Michael in Bushwick and Williamsburg (4 adults and 4 teenagers aged 12 to 17). Many anecdotes, tips, discussions on many topics... 3h30 at the top, in good humor, simplicity and sharing! We continued the day following the advice of our warm guide! 👌

We had a great time with Elsa, her knowledge of the terrain and the history of these neighborhoods allowed us to learn a lot and discover beautiful drawings. And special mention for the timing for sunset at the end of the visit 🙂. Thank you very much, Elsa. JULIETTE and SEBASTIEN

We returned from an unforgettable afternoon with Fred who introduced us to Street Art in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. The graffiti is visible to everyone but Fred knows how to show us the details, talk about the artists and the origin of these works, he brought a real plus to the visit of this neighborhood and showed us unusual and hidden places. The rest on Williamsburg is also interesting to show us the evolution of this Brooklyn neighborhood and inform us about the Hipster notion. A very rewarding afternoon with a very friendly guide. We were with our 11 and 13 year old daughters who also had a great time. We recommend +++!
