my experience offer a chance to know the chatina culture of my comunity. I live in the village and only with my experience you can visit 2 tradicional houses where the families produce cheese and tortillas, part of our economic activity.
we will know our hot springs zone called atotonilco, and we will can give a litte shower to the horses in to the river and ride without sadle like the local people do it in raining season.
This experience can be private for big families.

We will visit a village called San Jose Manialetepec, where families has a farmers and cattle activities. we wiill know my house where we can talk about our culture, we will visit a house for to see how to make tortillas. we will ride to the hot spring during 50 minutes with calm horses, where we will cross six times the manialtepec river. i offer enjoy of a great time for swim in to the cold and hot water. 5.00This was was a magical experience traveling by horseback through the most beautiful biome to sacred and healing hot springs outside of Puerto Escondido. We crossed the river 6 times on this beautiful trail to our destination (almost an hour each way). Guillermo “Willie” our guide was so patient, making sure that I was comfortable and felt safe the whole time. I was nervous at first because it had been 20 years since I’d ridden a horse. I was so grateful for the way he made me feel taken care of. The hot springs were amazing 🤩 and you could feel the healing energy in this place! There are 5 pools all with varying temperatures from warm to very hot. This place was an oasis and I thoroughly enjoyed going from the hot springs to the cool water of the creek. There are so many opportunities to capture your memories with photos because the backdrop is out of this world. I had such a special experience that I took the tour again, the next day. I felt called back to this special place. Don’t miss this experience when visiting Puerto Escondido!

5.00What a breathtaking experience! First, we were greeted by Carlos who will drive you to the family’s farm. He was extremely friendly, kind, and gave us a bunch of recommendations for food/places to check out. Once we arrived at the small town, the family was welcoming and efficient in getting us situated with our horses. Someone from the family guided us to the hot springs (and their 3 dogs came along with us, all super well behaved!). On the horse ride, we crossed through the most beautiful scenery ever (rivers, farms, sights of mountains, etc!!) We had ample time to relax at the Hot Springs. Made such awesome memories.

5.00Amazing experience. Our driver Carlos was amazing and very knowledgeable. Took us to the town where we would be riding the horses, we met Jamie which was our tour guide and he made the experience a 20/10. Definitely would recommend.

5.00Great trip! We got picked up and dropped off from the Hotel and the horses were super. It was our first time riding and it was so much fun. The views on the way to the hot springs were amazing. Overall an amazing experience
