1.00No Show. Fake Tour. Numbers to call on tickets were fake. Requested refund from Viatour. Shouldn’t be on Viatour site.

3.00Several things that were not identified in the initial excursion description. One was the amount of walking which was over 2 hours. The second was that the local guide went into far too much detail about the sites visited. Not being a history buff our party lost interest rapidly. Out initial guide on the bus could have provided more info about Seville during our 1.5 hour bus trip and the local guide limiting it to significant highlights

1.00This trip was a disaster from beginning to end. They combined another ship with our trip and they could not stay for the full day trip that was planned. Instead of the tour guide making different transport for them we had to cut our trip short. The next thing that happened is that we were scheduled to have tickets for the cathedral but the cathedral was closed and the tour guide knew this before we left port. The final thing that happened is we got to the Alcatzar and we had no tickets. They finally gave us tickets from others who did not show up. We had members in the group who had no tickets. I am going to ask for a refund

5.00Leo our guide in Seville and Anita the tour coordinator were both excellent. The pacing of the trip, the sites selected, and the perfect level of detail, free time, and quiet periods were very appreciated. One of the best tours we have been in.

3.00Our family has been to maybe 20 palace and cathedral tours, and at some point they all start looking alike. The guides did their best to present every bit of information you'll never remember, but we were hoping for something a little more interesting or entertaining. Unfortunately, not the case here. This may be a good tour if you haven't been to similar tours in the past.
