Loved the wine and cheese tasting at Cael's. It was wonderful to be educated about Cael's journey to become one of the 5 star wineries at Lower Hunter Valley. Highly recommended.

It was our first visit to Caels Gate Winery & i garentee it will not be our last. A fresh new winery, with traditional, hand made wines, absolutely beautiful cheese platters & amazing staff, thankyou Kay. I loved this winery so much, I am going to bring my group of friends. DEFINITELY a must visit.

Chris and his wife were a pleasure to meet. The wines and cheese plate are perfectly paired. To avoid the crowds go early-the 10am slot gave us the place to ourselves.

Lovely small specialty winery. Delicious selection of locally produced cheeses accompanied by tasty selection of fruits. Wines were very good. Chris our host was excellent in talking about the wines and his dreams for the winery. In a very short time he had achieved several awards which is very impressive.

Had a lovely time being hosted by Chris today! From beginning to end of the tasting he shared his knowledge and understanding of the art of wine making with us. It was clear we were being hosted by someone who had a passion for the process. As for the wine itself, they're all made from hand picked grapes, the selections sourced from the best regions across NSW. Truly a gem I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.
