What To Expect
We'll begin our culinary adventure in the heart of Cagliari, where we’ll meet and take a stroll to a charming local bakery. Here, we’ll sample a selection of the region’s finest pastries and desserts, each one bursting with traditional flavors. Whether you choose to indulge on the spot or take some treats for later, you’re in for a sweet experience.
Next, we’ll head to a cozy bistrot or a gourmet shop, where we’ll savor an assortment of Sardinian charcuterie. Paired with a glass of exquisite regional wine, this stop offers a perfect taste of the island’s rich culinary heritage.

5.00I really loved this gastronomic tour, not only for the goodness and quality of the dishes, which I really enjoyed, but also for the company of Vincenzo, he is a friendly person, easygoing, and with whom I had a lot of pleasure to converse during the tour. Vincenzo decorated the tour with interesting descriptions of the dishes and places we visited, making the experience unique and exclusive. I recommend anyone to try this tour!!

5.00We had a unique food tour experience with Vincenzo, our Food Local Expert, he was really knowledgeable, lovable and a great storyteller. We enjoyed a 3-hour walk in Cagliari's Marina district listening to interesting historical information about monuments and buildings, tasting extraordinary food and enjoying the atmosphere of the city with the locals. The food portions were really hearty, traditional desserts, cheeses, cold cuts, empanadas (brisé pasta stuffed with vegetables, meat or other flavors), homemade chips, 3 different types of pasta, pizza and a coffee in a historic cafe. We learned many fascinating things about how the food we ate was prepared. I highly recommend Vincenzo and his food tour.

5.00We loved our Sunday afternoon 3 hour food tour throughout Cagliari! 5 stops! Cookies, wine w a massive platter of meats, cheeses, savory pastries w yummy bread, 3 types of pasta, cafe then a pizzette! A massive amount of food, well worth the price of admission. Some of the places were not crowded and very cozy and some lively w a very attentive staff. But the highlight of our tour was absolutely our guide. Vincenzo was exceptional. He spent so much time talking to us about local food and culture, offered restaurant suggestions and answered all our questions! Grazie Vincenzo for an outstanding tour!

5.00We had a really great time on our Cagliari Food Tour with Maggie as our most excellent guide to Sardinian culture, history and food. It is our first time in Sardinia and this left a very good impression on us, the friendliness of the people, the delicious food and the local advice we received to make our upcoming days even better. The tour is very conversational, sharing stories over delicious food. Definitely come with an appetite. Maggie did a great job and even suggested some tasty souvenirs to bring back home from a family run shop. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00When the say a full meal they really mean it. Our tour with Francesca was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about the area and the places we visited. We started with a small selection of sweet treats from a family owned local pattisserie. Then we had an incredible selection of apperitivi from another family bistro, with amazing local flavours. We then had a selection of pastas from a further local restaurant before finishing up with a pizzette and finally coffee. Well worth the money and a great way to see part of Cagliari and the food scene we wouldn’t have otherwise uncovered.
