It was a unique experience.. Mr.Man, our driver and guide was friendly, and explained everything about this journey, took us different locations at the Kuranda village and also about the indigenous culture. We will recommend him for this tour without any hesitation to anyone interested in this tour.

We made the descent from Kuranda to Cairns. The panoramic view is fantastic. You fly over the treetops over valleys and rivers. This activity must be done. You're like suspended in time. It's silence with just the sound of the wind.

The pre tour contact was superb and we knew exactly where to meet our driver/guide Man being his name. Very informative and was always where he said he'd be at the right time. There were only 6 of us on the tour and Man couldnt have been more helpful.

Man is very accommodating. Many pick ups locations. A little history of the area. Friendly. And Man even helped retrieve lost sunnies the following day! Preferred the Skyrail to the train given the heat and humidity.

As promised, we were picked up from our hotel and taken to the railway station. Nice ride on the Scenic Railway took us to Kuranda village. There were lots of gift shops and galleries but 2 hr there is more than enough there . Back on the spectacular Skyrail and back to the hotel.

We were met at our hotel by the guide (named Man) who took us to the railway station for the Kuranda Scenic Railway. A lovely trip and the whole experience was fantastic. Our guide met us again in Kuranda and took us for a short tour of the town and then we had two hours to ourselves to enjoy the neighborhood. We then met up with the guide again who took us to the start point for the Skyrail Cableway that would transport us over the tree canopy to the outskirts of Cairns. Great experience on the gondola ride and several million pixels were destroyed in the process. On arrival back at the final Skyrail station we had an opportunity to shop for souvenirs and a cold drink. Highly recommend this small 8 person tour if you are visiting Cairns.
