Your private wine adventure begins with a warm welcome from our knowledgeable local guide, who will pick you up directly from your accommodation in Santiago. As you travel through the city toward the Cajon del Maipo Tourism Destination, your guide will share fascinating stories about the different areas of city and about Chile’s heritage and offer insights into local life with valuable information.

You’ll stop at the entrance to the Cajón del Maipo area for a panoramic view of the mountains and river. At the same time, you’ll gain insight into the political events of the Pinochet dictatorship.

5.00Marcello was a caring guide. He shared a lot of knowledge with us. Rodrigue the driver was also excellent. The two of us had a great day. Wine tasting is exceptional. Friendly atmosphere while being intimate. The wine is of very good quality, bravo!

5.00We just had a wonderful trip with Theo Duclos as our guide. It started with a visit to a quaint little winery after which we proceeded to the Andes ranges and Cajun Del Maipo. It is quite a grand spectacle. Theo is very well traveled and kept us informed about the location, history and interesting details. We also visited the small town of San Jose and a Chocolate Place with unique architecture. We enjoyed a lot and highly recommend this trip.

5.00This tour was part of a trip to several areas around Chile. The day before our scheduled tour, we experienced an incident that resulted in the loss of our passports. We intended to cancel our tour, but Pablo (our assigned tour guide) arrived and assisted us in getting emergency passports. This was so amazing and unexpected. After that, he graciously suggested that we should have lunch and visit a beautiful boutique vineyard. The end of our day proved to be lovely and refreshing after a stressful morning. Pablo was an incredible aide to our situation and was so gracious and kind. He was a highlight of our time in Santiago. He is a great conversationalist and super informative. We visited Vina Aquitaina and I highly recommend this vineyard. Valentina is informative and very passionate about wine and the making of wine. She was a great guide. The wines are delicious and we enjoyed tasting their varieties. The grounds are set under the Andes and the views are beautiful. Although part of our tour was interrupted due to unexpected circumstances, the remainder of the tour was extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend this company. Their performance was exceptional.

5.00We had a fabulous time visiting the Maipo region and Concha y Toro winery. Our stop of the Casa de Chocolate was such a special treat (don’t pass up this opportunity!) and our lunch stop was incredible - the best lunch you will have - I promise you! Our guide, Mauricio, was fantastic - he was extremely informative and we had such interesting conversations with him. I don’t think we could have orchestrated a better day if we tried. Kudos to Ignacio from City Trekking Guide for planning everything for us!

5.00The landscapes are wonderful. Ignacio, besides an excellent guide, was an excellent company. Very kind and has a lot of knowledge about all the points we visited. The restaurant and the winery were also excellent. I highly recommend this tour and, on a next occasion, I will definitely choose the City Trekking Guide.

5.00Víctor was absolutely incredible! We have a 3 and 5 year old and he was such a thoughtful tour guide, he had toys and snacks and water for the kids and even met us keep the toys at the end of the tour. He even had car seats for the kids. The tour itself was breathtaking, the sights were majestic. Victor also made everything so personable, if we wanted to stop and take a picture he would stop, if we wanted to stop and eat a snack he would stop. This tour is more than worth it.
