We had only a day in Lafayette & we chose this tour cause we’re foodies. So much more than tasty food! Jay is an outstanding guide, giving us history about the area, food & people. Don’t think we could ask him anything he couldn’t answer! The 5 stops were historic & unique…the staff loved having us. Food was authentic to the area & small portions were just right. The bus was large & comfortable. All in all, great choice!

The Cajun food bus experience was the most rewarding experience I have had on my travels in years. Every restaurant we ate at was extraordinary and I was able to cross off one of my bucket list items. My friend crossed off two bucket list items. And II would definitely recommend this to others and do it again!!

We have taken this tour twice and would do it again!! Went to different places this time and enjoyed them all. Marie was very accommodating and a great communicator since we knew they probably wouldn’t have enough for the tour at this time of year. Jay was a great guide and maneuvered the bus safely as we tooled from place to place.

This tour was more thsn what we expected and we love that we were able to support the local businesses at thr same time by purchasing drinks or food items to take back to AZ with us! More than enough food samples to fill you up and really good local restaurant/store choices! One of the best food tours we've been on.

Marie has a real passion for history and the food in this region. I enjoyed eating the selection of food and the history behind it, Marie was a good story teller! We ate Gumbo with potato salad, shrimp po-boys, chicken cracklins, boudin, smoked sausage, smoked oysters (my favorite), alligator and king cake. You will not go away hungry!

Amazing morning in the suburbs with Whitney … this is a class business who know how to look after visitors and are an important part of the community and the Lafayette story. The food was excellent but the story telling and “ joie de vivre” were just as important . I can completely recommend spemding three hours with this company

My husband and I went on the tour. I'm from Lafayette and learned about food, local businesses, and my own history. Marie was entertaining, informative, and kept us all moving and eating. The restaurants we visited provided yummy bites, and by the end of the tour we couldn't eat any more.

We did the morning Cajun food tour this weekend and absolutely loved it! The tour included five different stops, and even though we live only about an hour away and have spent a lot of time in the area, we were pleasantly surprised by several places we had never visited before. Every stop offered something unique and delicious, and we truly enjoyed the opportunity to try new foods. One highlight was discovering amazing premade meat products at a local grocery store that we had never tasted before — we’ll definitely be going back for more. It was such a fun and well-organized experience, and we’re already looking forward to booking another tour in the future!
