It took almost 45 minutes on the phone to book this shuttle. The trip from Calgary airport to Canmore was fine. We had booked a shuttle return on the 27th. The day before I was called and I was told we had been moved to a different time which was extremely inconvenient. I then booked the return trip with another service. I called your company for a refund -- which I got -- and then five minutes later I was called back to say that the original booking time was fine. Pretty bad service and not very customer friendly.

This was excellent value for money. Our flight was delayed going into Calgary by 1 hour, we missed our pick up time slot. But this company re-book us immediately .And we're very helpful. Highly recommended them.
