What To Expect
This is a typical itinerary for this shared shuttle service. Starts At: Arrival Level of Domestic Terminal Please Check-In at the Banff Explorer ticket office located between Door 4 and 5 Pick-up location: Just outside Door number 4 proceed to Bay number 13 ,14,15 after you check in at the office counter at the arrival level. Stop At: Canmore (Northwinds Hotel by Basecamp) This shared shuttle bus service has scheduled stops including Northwinds Hotel in Canmore, a beautiful little town next to Banff National Park and Crowfoot LRT Station in Calgary. Duration: 5 minutes stop Stop At: Any hotel along Banff Avenue only in the Town of Banff, If you are staying in one of this hotel along Banff Avenue you can inform the driver ahead. eg. Hostel like Samesun and Banff International is one example. Final Stop will be at the Mount Royal Hotel Commercial Bus Terminal.

2.00The problem is this reservation for the shuttle through Viator is actually with another company. There was zero explanation on the website or the ticket where to be picked up. The Calgary airport is huge, which I didn’t expect. So I had to ask many people working there where they picked you up and no one really knew. Pretty stressful The driver was great. No issues there.
