This is a typical itinerary for this shared shuttle service. Starts At: Arrival Level of Domestic Terminal Please Check-In at the Banff Explorer ticket office located between Door 4 and 5 Pick-up location: Just outside Door number 4 proceed to Bay number 13 ,14,15 after you check in at the office counter at the arrival level. Stop At: Canmore (Northwinds Hotel by Basecamp) This shared shuttle bus service has scheduled stops including Northwinds Hotel in Canmore, a beautiful little town next to Banff National Park and Crowfoot LRT Station in Calgary. Duration: 5 minutes stop Stop At: Any hotel along Banff Avenue only in the Town of Banff, If you are staying in one of this hotel along Banff Avenue you can inform the driver ahead. eg. Hostel like Samesun and Banff International is one example. Final Stop will be at the Mount Royal Hotel Commercial Bus Terminal.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

1.00A horrible experience. We missed our trip out to Banff due to weather/flight delays. I called to transfer the booking to our pick up for trip back to the airport. I tried to call the day prior and the morning of and no answer on the phone. I left multiple messages. It was snowing so hard when we walked to the pick up spot, they did not show up to pick us up. I called & they answered! One hour on phone trying to get another shuttle with no solution. No taxis, no ubers. We finally got a Brewster bus to come get us. We were late for our flights, had to spend a night in Calgary. Problems went on from there. DO NOT BOOK BANFF EXPLORER THROUGH TRIP ADVISOR!

1.00Shuttle was late. Car rhat showed up was too small to take all the people that had booked for that time. They had to call for a bigger van. It took another 30min for the van to show up. All and all, we lost one hour waiting for this to be solved. Bad planning. And the van that showed up barely had room for everyone’s lugfage and skis!! Never again.
